Kalindo has clean rooms, good facilities, plenty of hot water, and is close to the beach and the centre of town. Carol was a terrific host, very kind and helpful. A good choice for a stay at Merimbula.

Also love that Kalindo is pet-friendly (within reason with pet-specific rooms). We brought our small hypoallergenic dog who liked the accommodation too. There was one other dog staying on the premises, and great to see all guests controlling their dogs with no major barking.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Apartment was well stocked witb Everything you could want. The hosts Allen & Carol really take care of the apartments and the grounds as if it was their own home. That personal touch. Grounds are delightful and also well appointed with plenty of chairs, tables, features. Pool area very nice too. Safe and good for small families too. Nice quit spot superbly located and price is reasonable. A real gem.

The 2-bedroom we got is adequate for the needs of our three girls and us. It is kept spotless and neat with beach memorabilia and pictures on the walls, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need for cooking up a storm. The best is the hosts Alan and Carol, who work really hard to make our stay memorable and comfortable. Kalindo is accessible to all the amazing places and things you can explore and do. The pictures below are just a few examples. We had a hard time saying our goodbyes and would love to stay at Kalindo again.

Lovely accommodation, very homely with everything you could need supplied. Prefect location, great heated pool and very friendly owners. Will certainly be back!

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was perfect for our family- 2 adults and 2 children for a cheap few nights away. The apartment was clean and had a kitchen with everything you need. The only downside was the hot water took a long time to come through however the managers pre warned us about this. The managers were so kind and friendly, even bringing over some movies for the kids to watch. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

We stayed in a one unit apartment, recently refurbished with a very well fitted kitchen.||Hosts Alan and Carole are so friendly and accommodating. ||Best side of the lake to stay with the beach easy walking one way, the lake the other way and town centre a very pleasant 10min walk.||Great stay on a budget

Loved Unit number two, with its rear security door. Provides a beautiful sea breeze. Great spot, one hundred and fifty meters to the lake/river or two and fifty to the surf beach. Lovely management team.

Wonderful place to stay, the owners take great care and interest to helping you relax and unwind. The place is close to local fish and chips which is convenient, lots of places around to park, catch fish and even catch prawns. The place has good ac, heating and all basic utensils, cutlery and big fridge. Nice company of birds and pool to complement which was clean. This place is a hidden treasure
