I had a 60-minute massage with Isa yesterday, and it was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly skilled, attentive, and tailored the session perfectly to my needs. Isa’s techniques were both relaxing and therapeutic, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and completely at ease. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

I was happy with the massage and the front desk team was great. The reason why I am giving only two stars is because I expected better overall experience for $230 and compering it to other hotels it was below the standards. The rooms were very small, and the use of sauna was no included. In other hotels you get offered a drink before and after the massage plus you get chocolate or other treat I got nothing just some cold tea before.
In other hotels you can access pool at Callie you can't. This little things don't cost much and something like accessing sauna shouldn't be charge extra, and the pool? why can't we just have a swim after the massage it cost the hotel absolutely nothing. so I was disappointed with the experience and I will not be back.

I booked based upon feedback that Kailo was heaven on earth. I left my treatment disappointed and wondering what on earth the hype was about. $500 for 2 hours should equate to feeling relaxed and pampered instead I questioned why I hadn’t just left half way through. My experience may have been a one off but After having provided feedback to the receptionists straight after the treatment and sending an email with no response as yet, the customer service is also lacking. My opinion would be that money is definitely better spent elsewhere.

In the top 3 worst massages of my life - I’ve been to top day spas all over the world, and have also had semi posh, medium and cheap. Dana’s massage on me had me wrything in pain and tears and I kept asking her to stop and she wouldn’t. I think she enjoyed going really hard. I went for a relaxation massage, not sports or remedial! I had to take a week off work (lost a week’s wages), and spend it on the couch with heat packs and pay to see a physiotherapist to assess the damage and he was in shock at what I presented with. (I was in serious pain for 5 days - (not typical post massage tenderness, but actual damage). Horrendous experience. She is completely oblivious to body language, physical cues, and verbal feedback - like a robot. This is a totally genuine review, but I’ve used a pseudonym for privacy. I will never return and I’m unable to recommend this spa to anyone. How that masseuse is still there is beyond me. I’m too afraid to try any other staff there out because if they allow this person to work there, I can’t trust them.

The best facial I’ve ever had my skin has never looked better and my therapist really listened to all my problem areas and took on board what was I saying. Super happy with the result and couldn’t believe how relaxing it was, the foot massage while the LED mask was on at the end was next level. Took a normal facial to another level of pampering.

Disappointing. My friend and I got the impression the reception staff preferred not handing out the drinks menu (part of the spa experience) easier to just give water / pre-made tea. The facial started and I had to ask if the therapist was going to use a head band (as Ive had in all other facials / she didn't seem to want to use one by her response / had to leave the room to get one) At the price of the facial I think its fair to want my full forehead to be done and not just around the area my fringe was moved. I specifically booked / paid for the Deluxe HydraFacial to get a deep cleanse. I mentioned I get blackheads on the sides of my cheeks near the ears, I was told it would be done later in the facial - it wasn't. Only the top of my nose was done, I can still see the congestion on the sides of my nose. I have gone to other nice spa / beauty spas / at 5 star hotel spas - less in price with better therapist quality. At $300 a facial plus 15% for public holiday - not the luxury quality / service I thought from the website
