The atmosphere here is lovely and all the staff are warm and welcoming. Amelie did my waxing. She is very gentle and it was the best experience I have had anywhere. I I like that you can opt for add ons for only $15 and I loved my hot stone massage. Amelie also analysed my skin and gave me product options to complement my existing skin care range. I would highly recommend this day spa

Amelie was superb! From the moment I arrived the service at Kaia was amazing, the hydrating facial was magical and the foot and hand mask was a very lovely addition to my treatments.

This morning I experienced the best massage ever. Highly recommend the Tropical Dreaming package. Staff were delightful and caring to ensure the best tranquil experience and the overall atmosphere of the spa was well beyond what I paid for. Beautiful facial and massage experience at this spa. The therapists that work here provide a wonderful service. Had to drop one star rating for the guy that sits at the reception desk. Myself as well as 5-6 other people travelling with me all found him rude and a dampener on an otherwise amazing experience.

Most incredible spa experience! My partner and I had a couples package. The massage, facial, feet and head treatments were absolutely amazing! Came out feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend. Worth every cent for relaxation and wellbeing.

I visit Port Douglas annually and this is my second visit to Kaia. Excellent service including complimentary transfers from my resort, little details to chocolate and questions on health and what massage I was looking for. I had a sore back and shoulders, and Gemma was absolutely amazing. She knew the right spots to try alleviate the pain. She was professional but also lovely to talk to. The rooms themselves are calming and also professional, not tacky.
She had great recommendations, did not oversell anything (I find that uncomfortable), I did purchase a great supplement for my back that worked a treat during my massage. I'll be back next year, that's for sure.
