RUDE STAFF! i asked if it was possible to choose what colour chocolate covered snakes i could get and instead got told “Nope” and the bag thrown on the counter. When i collected my milkshake i asked for a napkin and was given half a napkin which was again smacked on the counter. no other customers were present. Will definitely not be coming back here.

Worst cafe on Coolum! Went in to get a chicken wrap, got the chicken zinger one which was $16 for the most basic wrap ever to exist. Consisted of the thinnest bits of chicken about 2 mm each piece, way too much sour cream and was not worth $16 at all! Also got a sushi roll which I found hair in, I took it back to ask for a refund and customer service was absolute horrid, the ladies reply was yep, and then she proceeded to get my money out. 1 star because Coffees pretty standard and chips were okay but over salted. Never going back again!!

We ordered a hamburger and quiche muffin. The hamburger was pathetic! What they advertise and what you get are two different things. The quiche must’ve been two days old and basically inedible, even the brush turkeys wanted nothing to do with it. I’m giving this place 2 stars because the chips were nice. We won’t be coming back!

High prices, average quality, and pretty poor service.
Got a chicken wrap for $12,99 and the chicken consisted of two 3mm thin slices of processed schnitzel. The rest of the wrap was sour cream and a tiny bit of lettuce.
Chips were OK, but bright yellow, so I'm assuming they need to change their fryer oil.
Girl serving us could at least try to be polite too.
In such a good location and with so many better options around, this place needs to be better. I didn't even risk ordering a coffee.
Would not recommend this place.

WORST PLACE!!!! Rude staff with dreadful customer service, $7 chips wasn’t even a small handful worth $2 + were oily & horrible. When I asked the staff is the serve we got was correct for the price I was met with a yup from the rude young girl working who then continued to glare at us while we ate the pathetic serving of chips!!! How you can rip off good paying customers like this is ridiculous & how you are still in business is beyond me …….especially judging by you extremely negative reviews!!!

Price missleading, board said 10 dollars but actual price of a sandwich was 15. Smoked salmon was literally raw and waitress had no problem telling us after we had spent 34 dollars on the worst, minuscule sandwich and overpriced drink. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, rip off prices and very poor quality food.

The worst cafe / Burger joint ever. Overcharged us, staff were incompetent and rude. Food was overcooked and used 6 day old lettuce. Don’t go there.
