Was in Newcastle for work and was walking around the mall area - and to be honest, thought the area looked like a ghost town (so I feel for the businesses in the area!). Stumbled across this cafe, walked in - the staff were friendly and welcoming. I was checking the menu out and immediately honed in on the pumpkin soup 🍲 given it was a chilly winter day and I was so pleased I did. The soup was thick, warm and delicious! So so good. I offered the chef my compliments and am pleased I stopped in for lunch!

Only stopped by for a coffee, which was delicious. Their little shop was quite busy, which was a good sign and the staff were super attentive at quickly cleaning tables.

Coffe - very nice!

Keto food .. good idea, but things can be improved. a bit small portions for the price, and presentation can also be improved

For the rest: I am keen to go back to have another good coffee and standard breakfast

Worst cafe food. Sloppy preparation, poor quality. Healthy cafe advertising in our case was a cover for poorly made and served food. My special Chicken Curry at $16 ($50 all up, rip off) had two bits of chicken, and rice stuck together giving the impression it was not cooked today, very poor portion. Slops is how it was presented. Fritters burnt. Lazy cooking and no customer care. Couldn't be bothered discussing it as all staff where eating behind the counter and in the kitchen. Maybe owner run and lost sight of his customers.

What a fantastic spot of anyone on a keto, low carb diet. I loved how they call out the net carbs on their keto menu! I had the Benny Chaffle and it was amazing.. best keto dish I’ve had at a cafe. My daughter and wife loved it also and they are not low carb focussed. Just fresh food done very well.

5 AUD for beetroot latte. Reasonable price 🙂
Beetroot may have no taste at all, so when drinking until the end, could taste the tumeric😂 though I am ok with it.
