Part of the neighbourhood here, no notice that there was a “lodge” being established. I have had notes left on my car because I am taking up parking spots not near my house due to the amount of cars around that house. No consideration from this establishment, rubbish has been caught flying everywhere due to their on going construction. Make a bloody parking spot in your front yard or around the side if you want to have so many people in that property. Most of the neighbours are unhappy.

Arrived at the property
Skip bin out the front full of rubbish there were workman inside still doing work to rooms
The fridge i had, had frozen my milk that they supplied. There was no commen fridge with back up milk in it
If u wanted to use the stove u had to pay extra
The site manager was rude
The site shouldn't be open to the public as the premises isn't ready
There were people coming and going from one room in particular
I have reported this site to fair trading
Also the cleaning staff dont know anything about leaving wet floor signs out as Im on crutches i walked into the bathroom and as the floor was wet i neslipped over
After I had checked out the cleaning staff and told management that there was damage to the room
Upon asking for photos of so called damage they then advised me that the information they received was wrong apparently we had stolen an extension cord. We had to go n by a 4 way adapter to charge our phones
We also checked out late which was no fault of ours
They r refusing to refund my deposit.
I would not recommend this property ro stay at
I will be making another call today to fair trading
