From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. It’s a beautiful property, and you can immediately tell how well-maintained and clean everything is. The service was top-notch—ten out of ten from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, with stunning views that made the stay even more enjoyable.

The pool itself was absolutely stunning—such a relaxing place to unwind. The pool services were fantastic as well, adding to the overall luxury experience.

One of my highlights was definitely the breakfast. I looked forward to it every morning! There was such a wide variety of options, and once again, the service was outstanding. Everything was quick, efficient, and everyone was so friendly.

Honestly, I have absolutely nothing to fault. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Gold Coast. A perfect experience all around!

We came here for mums birthday (7/2/2025) for the breakfast buffet as a family along with a family friend. Was so pleased by the huge variety of food and even more pleased by the great quality of the food. $38 for locals too which is extremely reasonable. Staff were beyond nice and accomodating and went out of their way to . But the real pleasant surprise was when one of the staff members Gina prepared a special cake for my mother and sang happy birthday with some of the staff with a birthday candle and lovely spread of flowers on the cakes plate, which we were able to take home. Gina, you have made my mother’s birthday morning and we simply cannot thank you enough! Also a big thanks to the lady with black hair, her name started with a J, can’t remember her name but she was also just as lovely. We now have a new birthday tradition for our mother and we cannot wait to come back again sometime this year for another beautiful breakfast buffet. 10 out of 10 and 5 stars!

Really good, in particular for kids. It is simply laid out and thus impossible to lose anybody. It also makes it simple to backtrack if something gets lost and you need to search for it.

Generally, everyone in the restaurants, offices and entertainment levels keeps an eye out for parents with children and so for that reason it is a safe and helpful environment for families.

(The only teeny little gripe I have regarding tiny kids milling about is the massive sliding door that opens directly onto the car area. BUT THAT SHOULDN'T BE THE HOTEL'S RESPONSIBILITY. It's a very minor issue.)

To end on a good note: the service is tremendous- everywhere. The restaurants, front office and welcome desks. But best of all is the room service and the pool area-restaurant staff. The pool area staff really made the experience fantastic. They really deserve the 5 star rating.

20th floor lagoon facing rooms are great. Huge view. Prices are quite high but meals are delicious. Signs and advertising is not updated often enough and this lead to confusion about pool bar times, availability of Seafood buffet and pool whirlpool!

Five stars all around. Minor issues with the room. For instance, AC (I think - it was hard to tell) was making whistling noises. I redeemed points for my six-night stay and could not be happier. The nightly rate was abnormal since I stayed during the winter holiday period but I bought a bunch of Bonvoy points and basically redeemed them for the stay which ended by being about 60% cheaper than paying cash. I can't complain! Service is excellent. Breakfast - one of the best I have had in a Marriott/SPG hotel as a Lifetime Plat member. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Had a fantastic time at this resort. The hotel has a fantastic pool/lagoon area to relax and enjoy the sun. The lobby and bar area was great and spacious. On the weekends the restaurant offers a seafood buffet which was incredible with lobster tails, oysters, and other seafood specialties. The hotel is a short walk from the light rail service and the beach is also a short walk away. A great family resort on the Australian coast.

Omg this hotel is simply amazing. We have come here for several of my birthdays and always have an amazing time.

The pool will keep you and kids entertained all day. You won’t get sick of it. Also kids get a free ice cream!!!!! Grounds are maintained pretty well but it could be better.

The rooms are some of the cleanest I’ve ever been to. Just divine.

Breakfast never disappoints and has an abundance of choices.

The downside is the prices, but you only live once and I think it is worth it!!!

Beautiful hotel. The staff are mostly lovely, the hotel is very clean and the pool is awesome. |The hotel buffet breakfast is great.|We had a few issues with bed quality which forced us to move rooms 3 times with a baby and toddler so not ideal but the manager Isaac handled professionally and made our stay a lot better. We thank him for trying to ensure we enjoyed our stay and make up for the hiccups along the way during our stay.
