We received our spa almost 6 months ago and, as a first time owner, I can say that the quality of the after-sales service is second to none. They always answer my calls and resolve my issue almost always on the spot. Not only that but their price was competitive and the product is quality. I couldn’t speak higher of Just Spas Wollongong!

People friendly and spa arrived fine ........ but few years later the controls started to rust. I complained after few years and asked to address, first response, you have "used some chemicals" damaging them.... I am on tank water and did not add anything. Then they said would they would look at but again nothing, complained 3rd time, no repose except to say fill out form at head office 4th time, no response, rang again, 5th time I think. Sorry lost your form, fill out again, 6th time, no repose, so complained to consumer affairs, no response to consumer affairs at all!. I looked on line, apparently how this company works. So my advise if you buy one of their spars consider it a 3 year disposable investment as there is effectively no warranty, my controls are jammed it no longer works properly.

We purchased the Whirlwind Cyclone round spa with the Select upgrade package from Just Spas Wollongong. Our Sales consultant Kelly was extremely helpful in our decision making process, whereby she made the whole process simple: From decision making, colour selection (cabinet colours, interior colours) the payment methods, and the delivery options (crane,manual two men lift). Most importantly Kelly from Just spas Wollongong would give us courtesy calls throughout the process, advising us of the spa build progress, and arrival/delivery time Frames. Kelly gave us two options of delivery and we choose the crane option. Again highly professional people: All we had to do was watch the crane lift our new spa over the roofline and into place. The electrician hooked it all up (Again organised via Kelly from just spas) and filled it up with water.
We then had Kelly perform a very professional hand over whereby she covered everything: How to setup filtration via the control panel, how to navigate the menus, how much chlorine to add, how to test the water, and general water care.
Most importantly is the after care service; Kelly is always approachable via instore or over the phone, if you need help regarding the spa.
I would have no issue in recommending Kelly from just spas Wollongong to any of my friends of family.

We had a dream to install some form of swimming apparatus that would meet our needs for exercise and pleasure now and as we grow older. After much research we decided that a Swim-Spa would be ideal. From the moment we contacted Just Spas of Wollongong, we felt that we were on the right track. After a visit to Finna and Joe's showroom, we were left in no doubt that we would be getting something special. Finna was tireless in her explanations of the benefits of the Swim-Spa and the demonstrations convinced us that we had made the right choice. Whatever question we threw at Finna (and we had many), she answered or checked for us. This was a big investment and Finna was very upfront about this. She asked us questions about the site we felt was suitable for the Swim-Spa. The fact that we are in the NSW Southern Highlands was not a problem for Finna, in terms of technical support and follow up. We were given suggestions and options that put us at ease. Finna also visited our home to inspect and assess the site we had chosen. The explanation of the timeline from ordering to installation was exactly as Finna said. There was definitely a strong and healthy relationship between the show-room team, the construction company, delivery personnel and technical support.
To cut a good story short, the Swim-Spa was delivered on time (as promised) and has given us hours of pleasure and healthy exercise. We both can swim against the jet stream, as well as engage in a myriad of water aerobic exercises that just need a good imagination. The spa is so easy to relax in and the touch-pad is straightforward and easy to follow. Finna and Joe visited us to do the final hand-over and they were delighted with the landscaping we did so that the Swim-Spa looked polished and in place! Thanks again Finna and Joe for your professionalism, courtesy, and generosity of spirit. We continue to recommend your product and your business - Just Spas, Wollongong. Michael & Edmund

Cant recommend Justspas Wollongong enough. They went above and beyond to make our dreams a reality. We have tricky access, and hit many many road blocks. All throughout Justspas went above and beyond to liaise with other services and ourselves (cranes, CDC, etc) to make it happen. They were with us the whole way. Any other company would have just said it’s not possible.

Our spa went in on Wednesday, filled Thursday and the kids haven’t gotten out since!

You’ve made one family very very happy!!!
