Recently purchased our Monsoon Spa through Jake at Just Spas Central Coast. We chose to do so based on previous reviews about the store and in particular Jake. We travelled from Sydney especially to view and choose our spa in person and Jake was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products. Throughout the whole purchase process Jake was quick to reply and provide all the information we required to prepare the space for the spa for delivery and installation. The delivery guy (Anthony) was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was a trouble. Once the spa was in place Jake has answered my questions about the spa and how to use and maintain it. All the staff have been great to deal with and I highly recommend the Monsoon spa from Just Spas Central Coast.

Extremely happy with the monsoon spa purchased from Just Spas Central Coast, the spa has been an amazing replacement for our old spa. Jason visited and provided advice on the installation and type of spa that would suit our home. The sound system is great as well. Jason's advice around water treatment has been great as well, especially with tank water in use, all the chemicals ordered through the store have arrived quickly and very reasonably priced as well. We would purchase again through this store and recommend this store to all our friends and family for spa purchase, spa chemicals, and spa servicing. Thanks ? to everyone at the store for making this purchase a great experience.

The world of spas was new to me and as such I had many questions. All were answered in a manner that was easliy understood. Cathy was professional and so easy to talk to getting to know what I was looking for and helping work out what would work best in my location. She even did a site visit to ensure delivery was possible. The delivery gentlemen were amazing. Both Cathy and Jake have been incredibly helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Just Spas Central Coast!

We have just received our new Tempest spa, and are so happy with the whole experience, from the first visit in store to the delivery process was excellent.

The highlight of our dealings with Just Spas Central Coast was the great customer service from Anthony and Angela.

They popped over to give us some training on how to use the spa. They both have a wealth of knowledge and advised us on all the spa settings, chemical levels, filter and general maintenance that is required for us to use our new Tempest spa.

We highly recommend Just Spas Central Coast.

Knowledge is best, i have been looking for a spa for the last 18 months and found that there where spa company's closer to where i live. However i found the knowledge information and help with this business far better than anywhere else . Jake is a credit to this business and was a huge help, in choosing the best product. it wasn't about money, it was all about the customer and what we wanted to get out of our purchase, i highly recommend the team and their products.
