From start to end, our experience with Just Spas was exceptional. They warmly welcomed us at the spa & pool fair, patiently answering all our questions. Their communication was outstanding throughout the entire process, from ordering to delivery. They even accommodated us by expediting production when we were ready for installation earlier than planned. The delivery and installation team was professional and helpful, always willing to address our concerns. When we had an issue with our spa after a power outage, their response was incredibly quick, providing a solution within hours. I highly recommend Just Spas for their excellent service and customer care!

A huge plus for me my spa is Australian made and competitively priced against other spa companies selling Chinese made. Quality product made on order and delivered in a professional manner.
I am very happy with my spa purchase. Great service and very knowledgeable sales staff.
I highly recommend Just Spas and if the occasion arose I would definitely purchase from them again. My rating 5 stars.

I purchased a spa from the team earlier this year and the service was amazing, followed up with everything and was very detailed in their explanations.
