We purchased the Twister Select Plus Model. Our spa was delivered in what I would call a disappointing condition with a chalky residue on the front and side panels and the panel next to the filter was scratched in a few areas. It appears someone tried to fix the scratches but there are quite visible. I did advise Just Spas on the condition of the spa and was advised to wash the spas down, which removed the chalky residue but not the scratches.
During last week I had my first spa in the evening and noticed one of the lights is not working. I spoke to Wade regarding the light and the scratches, he advised he will come to our home this week. I understand that a product may not be delivered in a not so perfect condition, or something may not work, but the way a company responds and corrects the issues is what matters.
On a positive note, Just Spas at Gepps Cross in particular Wade was very helpful and he was more than happy to answer any questions, when we were looking to purchase a spa and after delivery. Wade also arranged for our old spa to be dumped, which we appreciated. Besides the couple of issues previously mentioned and assuming they will be resolved we are very happy with the decision to purchase a spa from Just Spas at Gepps Cross. Delivery and set up was easy. Thank you to the team at Just Spas and we are looking forward to many years of use. A couple of photos attached, out with the old in with the new spa.

Hi we have a Monsoon spa and love it! the jets are powerful, the maitenence easy and our 23 year old said the stereo is like being in a night club!! I recomend the product and the team at Just Spas in Adelaide

Absolutely love our Swim spa.
We use it all year round.
The swim jets really do work and allow you to do a full workout.
We would recommend going in and seeing John or Wade to purchase your Swim spa.

We bought the Leisurerite SWIM 4M swim spa last year. It had to be craned in over the house which was a spectacle to watch. Just Spa's were amazing with the whole process from start to end, they organised everything. John and Wade have been so helpful through everything and still are now. A huge thanks to Wade for coming out a couple of times to help us out and for being there for my many phone calls in between. I love our Swim Spa, I wish we'd bought it years ago. I'd highly recommend Just Spa's if you are looking for one.

Great until the very limited warranty expires. A little over 3 years in and both control panels need replacing at a cost of $1,150 each. Outrageous. Poorly quality and poor after sales service. I will be taking this further.
