Wonderful Hotel, lovely place for a cold beer sitting in the rear beer garden area , dog friendly and also seating out front as well. Meals at dinner time as well. Lovely lady named Irene that serves you is so friendly, helpful and greets you with a smile. Highly recommend if passing through.

Popped in on our road trip for a quick beer. Manager Irene was very friendly and efficient, great atmosphere. We didn’t have a meal here but will do next time passing.

Great place to stop for a drink between Chillagoe and Mareeba. Clean facilities and lovely bar staff who are super friendly. We went on a Sunday arvo so not heaps of atmosphere as such, but could imagine a good weekend night here.

Pub had a great family atmosphere. Stayed 1 night only because the bed was so uncomfortable. They need to get new mattresses. Food is only available on some nights. We had pizza but didn't know that we had to order prior, luckily there were 2 pizzas left...at 6pm.

Stopped there today while traveling through the area and found the service to be very rude. I work in hospitality and you are always welcoming to patrons if you want them to hang around and drink more.

Went for a drive and some lunch at this pub. First asked for a coffee (they had a nice looking coffee machine on counter) was told sorry no milk and directed to cafe next door.
Came back with coffee only to be told we don't do meals. Over 100ks for nothing.
