Breakfast menu for truckers needs expansion and listened to and read properly. Many times I had to see the morning chef to redo my order as I can't eat bread, due to my operation and was frustrating. But overall pretty good place and quiet

Meals have dropped off completely. OK for a beer but don't bother ordering food.
Run down.

We are in Dysart visiting a friend and went to the pub for dinner last night. One of the best pub feeds we have had. Chicken burger was massive, had to pull half the stuffing out to eat! Husband had the chicken schnitzel and it was great. Super fast too! Massive compliments to the chef.

The way management treat their staff is appalling. Witnessed an old fella who I presume to be the manager. Screaming at what appeared to be an 18 year old girl. As their beer taps played up. He was condescending of her implying she couldn’t pour a schooner. The beer also tasted like they hadn’t pulled the lines through in a very long time. From a bartender avoid!

Bar service today at lunch was horrible, was left standing around for ages at both bars in the restaurant and in the pub and omg the food with the restaurant, was the most worst thing I've had to pay for and eat. Not to mention i paid like 60 buck for 6 horrible kilpatric oysters they even looked horrible to eat and had no sauce or flavour.... and the steak I ordered was way to small for the price of the meal it was as though they had cut my rump in half and served it to me. Drinks way over priced....

Lemon pepper squid was amazing on Saturday. T-bone was a disaster in every possible way on Sunday. Ordered 6:27 went up at 7:10 to ask for it to be made take away as it was taking a while and needed to be off. 7:40 asked at the bistro if my order had possibly been missed. Was lightly accused of not sitting in the bistro whent hey brought it out. After a while decided it had been given to the wrong table. No apologies just a rushed it'll be out soon (it was very busy and I definitely felt bad for the lady at the front who had to serve counter, answer phones and for some reason also run the pizzas through the oven, cut them and call the people that ordered them? An absurd list of responsibilities that meant there was a huge line, missed phone calls and often her standing there on the phone in front of waiting customers). Then when it did come out it was on a dine in plate and the server said it was rare (ordered medium rare). Went to sort that out, returned insisting she had misread the docket and that it was medium rare, got home finally, and the steak is at least well done, if not burnt. Not a hint of pink, even along the T-bone when it's usually less cooked mash and onion rings top notch I guess. Probably won't visit on a Sunday again.

Food was average at best, drinks were way overpriced, if your doing night shift don't expect to be able to get food as they don't do anything to service those on night shift. Room wasn't very clean. Bathroom was disgusting, mold in the shower and I have ended up with the worst case of athletes foot that my doctor has ever seen. I was in one of the demountable buildings and the whole building would creak and shake when anyone would moved around or did anything at all in another room of the building.

Not somewhere I would ever stay again.
