Wow - This motel never disappoints. Very clean and roomy rooms with air-conditioning. Plenty of room to store your bags out of the way. All essentials you need for a stay. We did have a room with kitchenette and everything is supplied if you want to self cater. Room had windows to let light in which did not make it feel claustrophobic.
Staff OMG so friendly and welcoming (thank you Tisha), as well as knowledgeable of the local area for coffee, shops and restaurants.
There is parking available for all rooms.
If you are staying in the Browns Plains area make this your motel choice as you will not be disappointed.
Definitely value for money especially as we stayed over a long weekend.

Great motel. Great location! Super, helpful staff via the after-hours emergency number. The bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean. Noisy exhaust in the bathroom was the only negative.

We had a 2 days stay at this motel, this week. Owners are friendly, room was nice spacious and clean. Loved my stay over there. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

We have stayed here before and always find clean comfortable rooms, handy to local shopping centres. Manager, Ram, very friendly, checked all was ok after we had settled.

I was nervous after looking at reviews as my travel agent found this motel last minute for a wedding I was attending nearby. Seemed like a lot of bad reviews recently, but from my experience, not a single one of them described my 3 night stay!

I had a delayed flight, so my travel agent contacted the motel to let them know I'd be arriving late and gave me the code to pick up my key. I was pleasantly surprised that the manager stayed late to make sure I got in okay!

The room was spacious, clean and everything felt as if it was newer, from carpet to bedding, it was a really great room, especially for the cost! The bed is super comfortable, the cleaning staff was very friendly and welcoming when I spoke with her, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to a friend!

My only issues were that the car park is a VERY tight squeeze, made more difficult by the hire company giving me a massive beast of a vehicle to drive, and at times, traffic can be painful if you want to go right out of the motel, as the lights are terribly timed, so it can be a bit of a frustrating wait to be able to get on your way. Obviously that's not something the Motel can change, I just felt it was worth mentioning if you're a nervous driver or will be coming in and out multiple times in a rush.

Do not stay here. Avoid at all costs!

We arrived while reception was meant to be open but there was a signed it was "closed today" (I bet this is a common occurrence).

We booked 4 rooms for a work trip. We grabbed our passes from the key box - one of the rooms had a extremely strong chemical odour, and one of the passes didn't work for the other room. We tried calling the "emergency" number but no one picked up after multiple tries. The other rooms were pretty grubby and dated, and there were signs warning us of a $15 surcharge if we dared touch the other beds in our room. Pathetic.

It's also located on a very busy road, so don't expect to get any quality sleep if you're a light sleeper.

We ended up stuffing our cards in the return box and found somewhere else to stay. This place is clearly being mismanaged and deserves to be run out of business.
