What a place to celebrate Christmas, enjoy the beach, sun, surf and easy scenic walks! Joanne Apartments are perfectly located to enjoy such a variety of things to do, places to eat and drink - all within very easy walking distances. Calm beaches perfect for kiddies, surf beach, fishing, wind surfing, parks with facilities - it's all there - left or right you have something wonderful. This is all about enjoying a beach outdoor holiday.

Joanne Apartments have two pools and they were definitely favourites of the kiddies staying at the apartments.

The view from our apartment was stunning. We have already rebooked for next year.

Loved staying at Joanne Apartments. Staff were welcoming and charismatic. Apartment was very clean with unreal views. Such good value for money as the location is unbeatable. Kitchen was stocked with all the items you need and beds were comfortable. Will definitely be booking here again.

We had a lovely stay at Joanne Apartments. Easy check in, nice and clean rooms with everything you need, great ocean views, walking distance to town/cafes, beaches, apartment pools were great! Overall the best stay and will definetly try book here again next time.

Had a lovely couple days at Joanne Apartments - great communication from booking to arrival & great warm welcome. Apartment really clean & comfortable - only thing I would say would be for the couple chipped crockery items should be removed & replaced and maybe a box of tissues would be welcomed in the shower room. The apartment blocks are in a great central location & though the pools were small they were big enough for a little swim and cool down. Garden areas are also kept really well - would highly recommend

Joanne apartments this is the second time we’ve stayed here and we really like it.
A nice family atmosphere so close to the beach and the town.
We appreciated being on the ground floor due to reduced mobility. The beds were very comfortable and the pool is nice to relax in.

Absolutely loved our stay at Joanne Apartments. The caretakers are some of the nicest most welcoming we have come across. Apartment was spotless, and beds comfortable. The grounds are immaculately maintained and the pools sparking, Location is perfect right across from the beach. Will definitely be back!

We have stayed at Joanne Apartments several times. It is our preferred accomodation in Caloundra. The location is excellent with just a short walk to beaches and the town centre. The apartments are roomy, well equipped and very clean. Most apartments have good sea views. The new managers and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We had a brilliant time at Joanne Apartments! Stacey and Nick were warm, friendly and helpful (Nick brought towels out to us at the pool cause the wind had whipped up and he didn’t want us getting cold…amazing and so appreciated!). The apartment was comfy and clean and we had fabulous views of the water. The grounds are very tidy and have lots of garden statues that the kids loved discovering. There is a great cafe across the road that does great coffee and lots of pastry options. Joanne Apartments are within walking distance to swimming beaches, fish and chips, cafes and an IGA. It was fabulous to park the car and walk everywhere.
