3.75 ⭐️ I recently enjoyed the Dream Package at Jivi Spa. The experience was relaxing. While the massage was satisfactory, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The hot stone was a nice touch to the massage.

The hair treatment was delightful and left my hair feeling revitalized. However, the facial component felt more like a face mask than a full treatment, & the use of paper towels/tissues for drying the face was unexpected and scratchy on the face.

Overall, the package provided a pleasant escape, but improvements in the facial treatment could enhance the overall experience.

Just got home from having my amazing dream spa package, from start to finish everything was perfect. As someone who is currently going through breast cancer treatment my skin is extremely sensitive and always dry, I’ve left Jivi spa feeling refreshed, relaxed and my skin feels absolutely gorgeous, I will definitely be returning as a regular.

I can't recommend Jivi Spa enough! From the moment my sister and I walked in, Jivi and Jyoti went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. They were so welcoming, offering us coffee and banana bread (such a sweet touch). They even accommodated our needs (as muslim women) which made the whole experience feel so thoughtful and personal.

The treatments were absolutely incredible! My dry hands are now soft and bright, my feet feel amazing with all the dead skin gone, and my face is glowing and clear. The full-body scrub left my skin smooth, and the massage was so relaxing.

And the essential oils they use are absolutely divine and smell wonderful. It was a calming, luxurious experience.

We booked in for a couple's package and it was honestly one of the best services we have had. Jivi was super inviting and so nice, made us feel comfortable. I also had my eyebrows down and she has done an awesome job, we will return for sure ?
