Young Asian lady wanted to argue with me when I was complaining to the manager about my complaint. 1. Coffee/sugar fiasco 2. Told me there was no dogs allowed inside when I never asked about dogs 3. Coffee was to-go and came out in a mug 4. When I complained to the manager young Asian lady wanted to jump into my complaint like as if I want to speak to you about it, I asked for the manager, and the manager had to shoe her away from the situation. A hellish 5 minutes and won’t be returning. Manager with blond hair told me there’s nothing she can do apart from take on the feedback. Gee thanks for your apology those are nice words although it fixes nothing and my day is still ruined all because I wanted a flat white and a cappuccino to go. Wonderful and I mean I’m in wonder not as in I had a good experience

Coffee is always great. I love the sultana turkish bread! Staff are always lovely & friendly. A great array of seating with spacious outdoor & indoor areas.

We regularly call in to have coffee and a snack here. The service is excellent and the staff so helpful. The food is always delicious no matter what we order.
It is a great place to sit back and relax and enjoy the company of the people you go with.

The Double shot Decafe Expresso is absolutely gorgeous - beautiful flavors and made expertly. The Sultana Turkish bread was a real treat - delicious ? Highly recommend this Cafe.

Good service and friendly staff. Food was tasty, had a sweet potato rosti with smoked salmon and poached eggs, and some fruit sourdough. Could've done with a touch more seasoning but a pinch of salt and pepper on the table fixed it.
