This is such a great value hotel. This was our second stay - unplanned this time. - in six months. Our room was spacious and comfortable - the shower is great! - and the reception staff were friendly and very accommodating.

On this occasion we had a hire car: parking at the hotel was very easy. The hotels’s location is a big bonus: close to the main roads which take you out of Brisbane; easy walk to a large shopping centre, and; a very pleasant walk to the regatta ferry terminal.

Will stay here again on our next trip to Brisbane.

My family and I loved this place. After a few days at a hotel in the CBD, it was really nice to stay in this area. A bit more quiet and laid back yet still just a few train stops to the city and very close to a large shopping centre. Walking distance to the city ferry service too.

Found the staff to be really friendly when checking in and they even had our room ready earlier than expected. Highly recommend this hotel!

General experience in Jephson hotel was very nice!

Staff members are super friendly and kind. They offered luggage keeping service. As soon as room prepared, they called me.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet that my family could sleep well.

The only one thing I dissapointed..
It would be better, if there were OTT service like Youtube, Netflex..!

Really nice hotel in a nice location with positive vibes.

My experience after 2 stays in 8 days

1)BEWARE - YOU CAN SLIP AND DIE IN THE BATHROOM - it's an unbelievable lapse of d#d*=-s+#ð to have a too short a shower curtain for the shower. Drawn to its maximum - you are 2 feet short of wall and 1 feet too short from floor.

Consequently, regardless of how far in and how slow the water flows as you shower, the bathroom is soaked with soapy water!!

Perhaps it's a ploy to save water but you can pay with a emergency trip to hospital.....

2) Additionally, regardless of whether your room is for 1, 2 or 3 or 4 persons - you will be given one(1) face towel - 1 small tube each of bath soap and shampoo.... if everyone alternates, showers once every 2-3 days it's sufficient - as the front desk guy will say - "they refill it once a day" Share the 1 face towel between all guests😂

Excellent 4-5 star rating hotel with serious safety and soap issues = 1 star

Missing toilet tissue? Discover it before staff leaves for the day, hahaha or life becomes a little bit shitty.

We love this place. Hate to give it such a good wrap as we use it so often and can always get rooms so keep it a secret please 😉
The staff are lovely and always friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants (easy walk) and central to all locations to drive.
Parking is good. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean and tidy.
A great little place to stop over and stay a few nights as a central and easy accomodation.
