I look forward to my appointment every fortnight with Jenny. She is a very intuitive therapist, altering treatment each time I visit for what my body needs at the time. I especially enjoy the cupping treatment.
Jenny's home studio is warm, clean and inviting, with the most comfortable massage table I've ever been on.
Jenny is a very kind, softly spoken person with many qualifications and is extremely knowledgeable.

Lately, I have been enduring the pain of a strained gluteal muscle and a recurrent have provided me with relief from the strain my body has been experiencing.
Ever since I began one-on-one training a few years ago, including the unintentional hip injury, I am now embracing the most comfortable phase in recent memory! Moreover, as Jenny administers the massage, she offers reminders to focus on relaxing the muscle groups that need attention during regular activities. She even personally demonstrates techniques for using a foam roller to promote relaxation. This 90 minutes massage session is truly professional and well worth it!

Friends who play badminton together strongly recommend it, but before coming to the studio, I thought it might be similar to a general massage shop. Still, when I walked in, I unexpectedly found that Jenny is very professional, entirely beyond my imagination, and the adjustment process will not be messy. The feeling of pulling is very reassuring. My back pain and knee discomfort have improved a lot in one session!

It is highly recommended to friends who are exercising! Really very professional!!!
