A bit dated and very basic. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Don't expect anything more than soap to be provided in the bathroom, it did have biscuits to go with tea and coffee.

Great little place. We were able to get a last minute booking and late check in. Room was actually fitted with an oven and microwave too! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Lovely, large, clean and comfy room. Self contained kitchenette. VERY quiet - set back from Ruthven Street. Yes, it’s a distance from the main city area but it’s no problem as you will have a car anyway. Close to shopping centres and the fabulous Southern Hotel - just a 2 minute walk across the road for great meals. Top spot to stay.

Jeffrey's motel has spotlessly clean, light and airy, spacious rooms. It is located very conveniently on Ruthven Street but the site is large and the rooms are well away from traffic noise. Both the reception and cleaning staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. We are all happy to book for our next trip to Toowoomba.

This motel has the most friendly staff. The rooms always smell lovely and freshly cleaned. I am a regular visitor, I have stayed 6 nights per month for over 12 mths for hospital visits and will always stay here.

I'm very impressed with Jeffrey's motel. It is clean to the highest standard I've ever seen in any motel or airbnb I've stayed at. Not a bit of dust on the windows sills or light switches, dust bunny hiding in the corner or speck of mould in the shower. The floor is ACTUALLY clean and you can feel it walking around. Too often people vacuum for 5 seconds then mop the whole place without ever dipping the mop back in the bucket. Not here. You can feel the cleanliness and the lack of any smells can only be described as a good thing.
The effort is in the finer details which show someone cares I get my moneys worth. Kitchen utensils, knives are actually sharp, blanket on the bed placed with perfect symmetry.
Only had a short interaction with the reception when picking up the key but no complaints there. Friendly greeting and quick. Grounds are looked after and visually pleasing. Beds comfortable and clean.
Basic set up with basic provisions. Truly appreciate an actual kitchen rather than other places that require you to wash up to avoid a cleaning fee so you end up trying to wipe mugs out in the doll sized bathroom sink with toilet paper.
The real gem within this motel are the fine details so neglected by other establishments yet are very important to guests.
Would happily stay here again.
