The stuff at James street Motel is very friendly and welcoming. Amazing food and it’s quiet and peaceful , it’s family friendly and also Near to a lot of beautiful cafes. You will surely enjoy you time there?

As I yet have not stayed there but plan to on future trips to Toowoomba. As the Clifford Gardens Motel was not suitable for me and the owner/managers was very rude and not a good people to be owning or managing a Motel also breakfast is not available you have to go to a cafe or similar to have breakfast.

We came into town and needed a stopover and when we called looking for a family room the lady was so helpful and we were put in a great sized room that was so clean and tidy. The whole place is so well looked after and the staff are brilliant.
Great food in the licensed restaurant too.
Thanks for giving us a great place to stay for the night, I highly recommend James Street motor Inn ?

Honest Review: Room is spacious ,very clean, neat, tidy, good central location, that is the good
Room is incredibly hot, air conditioners are way too small for the room and will not cool lower than 24 degrees, moved to 2 rooms, both the same. Needs a larger air conditioner to go close to being a good sleep temp. Staff were friendly but had absolutely no idea regarding whether air conditioners were working correctly or not. When it is cooler outside your room than it is inside, something is terribly wrong. Overpriced in our honest opinion. Will not stay again.

Everything about the motel was great .. except the restaurant .. ordered medium steak .. was charred on smothered in a horrible herb paste on the outside and cooked to stale steak overdone texture . Worst steak I have ever had .

Great value - was recommended by another motel who couldn’t fit me in. Very clean and quiet and a beautiful breakfast delivered to room in the morning. Manager was lovely and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are well-equipped, roomy and comfortable and very clean.
The service is exceptional. Pleasant, very helpful staff who listen to concerns (e.g. about diet requirements) and provide excellent solutions. In particular the proprietress Chuqun Wang was amazingly kind and helpful.
The Inn is centrally located.
