A light breaky that did take a moment to arrive but that what happens when youre not the only person in the world and you want fresh food
The pancakes were great a little more syrup would have made the excellent
The smoked salmon crepe was delicious
The beverages where perfect (nothing worse than a bad coffee)
Happy i chose to come!

We arrived to what we thought was a clean table only to wipe it over ourselves. Food was ok. There was a young waitress wearing a T shirt with a hole in it. Surely management could have a few spares on hand to make this young girl more presentable. She is one of the faces of your company.

I visited Jamaica Blue in Vincentia on the morning of Tuesday, 31st December. The boy at the counter made an error and charged me $615 for three coffees. I was not made aware of this error until I went to pick the coffees up. Another man spoke to me and told me what happened and said that he will issue a refund of $600. I did still pay for the coffees
I told him my concern of being overcharged overdraw fees from my bank because this left me with my account being in debit. He reassured me that the money will go back into my account immediately. It took two days for the money to go back into my account and I was charged $21 in bank fees as a result of the error. I shouldn't have even be charged for the coffees because I had been not only inconvenienced because I had to call the bank twice to dispute the fees but it also ruined my holiday because I had no money in my account. You cannot even contact them by phone.

Over done eggs. Under done toast. Missing bacon.
They fixed the toast and bacon . But eggs were inedible.

although the service was nice, was a little frustrating when receiving our food. we ordered a chicken burger which was written to have slaw, chipotle mayo , pickles , snitty and cheese. received a burger with burnt chicken, Mayo, lettuce, tomato and bacon ( which we don’t even eat!) not that it was a horrible burger, but definitely not what was listed. over priced and not happy, won’t be back.

Waited nearly 20 minutes for a coffee this morning. Late to work. The poor Barista was serving everyone plus making coffee while the older man was prancing around doing absolutely nothing to help his staff. Very noticeable and very disappointing!!

Probably the worst coffee we had in our trip to Jervis bay !
Firstly customer service is terrible without any greetings to customer. The staff on counter is actually wanting to hear my order straight away. Fair enough! Ordered three coffees, but the barista lady was in the phone entire time. The lady on counter called her and the barista lady was still on phone. I saw her coffee making, which was terrible and she didn't have any sanitation. How can someone make a coffee or food industry who doesn't actually wash or santise their hand before handling food or coffee since was away from her station (outside Jamaica blue cafe) touching random spots and taking on the phone! Horrible !
We were tourist here, so I felt like they judge my looks and appearance. That was for sure, stereotypical!

Anyway thank you I needed coffee much more than any problems !

Hopefully others are not being treated like this.
