Service from the young gentleman was warm, kind and looked after his customer's well. Ladies that were taking the orders, was happy and polite.

Staff were beyond rude and condescending to customers. Sweetie and love are terms i don't appreciate being called by a young girl. She then proceeded to completely ignore anyone else and chat and giggle with a colleague while other customers food and coffee went cold

Came to have breakfast with my family of four. It took 20-25 for our food. The food was burnt more than half not eaten. Not worth the money spent. Service was average.the chef looks really young n won’t be coming back there anytime sooner😡😡😡

very good knowledge and skills of coffee type
respect and admire that's it's all younger female team of staff. I have noticed that alot of the customer - can be disrespectful towards them and it's a shame and disappointing. However big ups to the staff and management.

Pros: The coffee is very good. I especially love the carrot cake here. I ordered carrot cake almost every time I went to a new coffee shop and the carrot cake at Jamaica Blue is alway the best!

Cons: it is in the shopping mall and so the environment is a bit noisy.

Coffee was devine. Food was beautiful and had some of the best customer service from David and Shannon . These 2 absolutely love their job and it shows.thank you both for making our morning! . Will definitely be making this our weekly coffee spot.

It looks like I have now become a regular at this cafe. They are really nice people. Their coffee is good and I'm now known for eating garden salads for lunch.
It's also very convenient being near the PO where I have had a Box for many years.
