Paid $13.50 for a “brekky burger” 1 egg, 1/2 a rasher of bacon and about 300ml of barbecue sauce on a brioche bun… squashed flat to about 2cm high. Not a chance on earth I’m paying $13.50 for what’s costing them less than $4 to make. Would recommend getting a McDonalds B&E muffin for 1/3 the cost and knowing you are getting what you pay for. That and they forgot the bacon on a kids egg and bacon breakfast. That or took my order wrong. Will never go back to any JB again after that.

Filthy menus! Partner had coffee. I wouldn’t touch it. Got the hand sanitizer out. Coffee was good partner said. Better than any other in the centre. I brought the condition of the menus to waiter’s attention and he took menus straight away. Hopefully, in a quiet moment they’ll attend to all the menus.

I think this may be the best steak sanga in rocky! (Right now) Big call but it was huge for one person and definitely enough for me and mum to share. Wonderful succulent and tender steak and delicious. Please tell me this is NOT just to show off for Beef week! Steak sandwich and 2 pots of tea $32. Jamaica Blue in Shopping Fair

Sunday just gone tried to get brunch. will Never go back as my friend After asking politely 2 times to have a table cleared and then me catching the young guys 3 of them joking about ‘another customer complaint about tables not being cleared’ we waited another 5 mins and then I took a plate up and asked if they could please finish clearing. The barista turned on me and said I was rude as they were ‘busy’ preparing stuff couldn’t I see that. Obviously i saw in his tone that he was up For a confrontation. Clearly they were not busy at that time as half of the tables were uncleared and they were having a drink and joking amongst themselves. I did point this out however customer service was in the toilet and the abuse was obviously free - we left even though we - my 4 friends and myself
- had a voucher for use. We Will NEVER be back despite this having been one of my favourite coffee spots in the shopping fair for the past 25 years. Sad to see it go down hill. Went to the Coffee Club with excellent service with a smile couldn’t be happier cleared a table
For us straight away 2 of them. Don’t bother saying sorry as I have read the reviews going back 5 months and clearly nothing has changed. Can’t even give a 1 star.

My husband and I went to grab a quick coffee and cabinet snack today and the total was $40! That is an absolutely outrageous price for two small cabinet items and two coffees. We ended up walking away and got two full meals and coffees for $30 elsewhere. All of the customers looked unhappy with their food as well, one man left his whole plate and left with his wife so I’m glad we didn’t eat here. Will not be returning.

Had the chicken crepes and salad for lunch. What a joke. The salad didn't even rate as a salad, bunch of rocket with dressing on. The crepes were obviously heated in the microwave, to the point that the ends were like crackers. The coffee was nice but like others have said, so hot I couldn't pick the cup up. Won't be back.
