What a horrible experience. We waited almost 40mins for our breakfast, they all came out at different times so some had finished eating while others didn’t even have their food yet. And on top of that, we ordered pancakes and were given the kids pancakes but charged the adults. Then we were given the wrong meal and the lady working argued with us saying ‘but it’s only this, we changed our menu this morning’. We said ok but we’re ordering off the menu given out, if the menu changed on the system that’s not our problem, change your hard copy menus also so customers know what they are getting. Will never go back here and don’t advise anyone else to. Ruined our morning and my nephews birthday breakfast.

After waiting over 45 mins for our breakfast and coffees , we got served the incorrect food. They mixed up all our order and tried serving us the kids pancakes when we ordered the 'All day breakfast' pancakes. Also they put maple syrup on our halloumi avo smash !!!!! And when we advised them this is not what was ordered, they tried convincing us that it's "only maple syrup'...

Unfortunately we had the worst experience for a Saturday morning breakfast outing celebrating a childs birthday.

Service and menu needs to be revisited and staff need to be trained by head office &/or franchisee

Dine in, the food was cold and I couldn't even cut the sourdough. 10 mins between my husband order and mine, didn't arrive together. Wasn't that busy but we waited 40 mins for our food and again it was cold, very disappointing won't go back and will advise my friends and family to eat else were.

Wow! Decided to have some lunch before shopping. Coffees came out then one lunch, a bland steak sandwich. After we finished the coffees and hubby finished the sandwich, my chicken bits were in and out of the microwave twice then the caesar burger arrived which didn't contain the menu ingredients. When I questioned it, the lady said yes it is right so I went through the ingredients.... the egg and parmisan was missing plus she included mayonnaise which I can't eat. When I asked why there was Mayo, she said so it'll taste better but it's not supposed to be in there. She gladly gave me a refund with no apology and I left hungry! Be careful adding extra ingredients when people have allergies!!!!!!!!!

I have long wanted to visit this cafe and today I went with a client. The girl on the counter was neither friendly or welcoming. My client ordered coffee which arrived fairly quickly and it was a nice cup of coffee according to her. However my client had long since finished her coffee and my tea had still not arrived and I had no time left so unfortunately had to ask for a refund. At least the staff didn’t have a problem with that. However I personally wouldn’t return to this cafe of my own accord.

Coffee made very nice, carrot cake dry, ordered Anytime eggs, had egg shells through it. Only commenting because it was an pricy purchase, counter service is excellent

Staff too busy listening to music or on the phone with AirPods in. Scratching their head and fixing hair then touching food without washing hands.

Ordered a breakfast burrito, came up on scream as bacon and egg roll. Corrected them and they said yes that’s a burrito.

Food came out. Asked if it was a burrito and the nodded. Dry bacon and egg role was presented “.

What’s point of new menu if your staff don’t understand it.
