Gluten free blueberry muffin was the best I have had as the blueberries were all through the muffin and not at the bottom. The service was amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Bought one slice of bread with ham and cheese asked for pineapple they don’t have it. So got avocado instead it cost $5 just for that. The bread wasn’t toasted it was cold unappetising I complained was not offered money back it cost me $18.50 even though it was one slice will never go there again. The people next to me waited 20 minutes for breakfast had to ask for it, it came the bacon was not cooked properly he got his money back because he refused to eat it. I paid $18.50 for it to be thrown away, I was offered another serving why would I have that.

The staff here are absolutely amazing!! My 3 year old got lost on Oct 4th whilst I was in the shop in front of Jamaica blue (she walked out thinking I’d left) and was calling out as she went up and down the corridor and the staff took her in and settled her with a juice and marshmallows and Colouring in, and called security. I came out of the shop panicking trying to find her and she was happy as Larry all thanks to these wonderful girls. I bought a coffee and it was also really good coffee so I’ll be stopping here from now on whenever I’m at tuggerah Westfield. I didn’t get her name in my stressed out state, but for the managers to note, whoever it was on shift at 3pm on Friday 4/10/24 they deserve some sort of bonus, she was amazing!!!

I ordered a 2 bacon and egg rolls, (breakie burger) mocha and chocolate milkshake and got my drinks 5 minutes after ordering, which was good, but while waiting for my food I watched 5 other people get their food which all had either bacon and/or egg on it and I asked them what was going on with my food, they said they were just putting it on plates and I asked them to do take away as I already waiting 20 minutes and needed to get somewhere else anyways, when I got my food it was cold, like it was sitting there for a good bit before I even asked. I mean to me when your cooking a lot of bacon and eggs in the morning it should be hot or at least warm when you get your food, but the food was cold and I waited 20 minutes for it already.
To me it just doesn't make any sense.
Especially after watching 5 other people get their food with bacon and eggs on it already.
Apart from that the coffee and the milkshake were good until we waiting for so long for our food and the coffee went cold and the milkshake went luke warm.
Idk if this is everyone's experience or just mine but It left a sour taste in my mouth, if I wanted to get cold food and wait 20 minutes I would probably just go to maccas.
Yet this place is a proper cafe with standards at least that's what I would think.

We ran a Jamaica Blue in the past, and we had never had worse coffee or food, particularly from a franchisor's managed outlet... But the young girl who served us was excellent.

Went here for breakfast and the service was ridiculously fast for a meal and coffee so that was great. Paid $22 for a latte and poached egg on toast with bacon and avocado so pretty standard pricing and it was decent quality. It was my first time eating here and I would most likely go back again for a meal in the future.

Sadly not good. I hope that it being a chain it would be consistent with the quality but nooooooo.

I ordered smash avo and paid $4 for bacon add on. The avo had pumpkin seeds on it?!!? So weird. The bacon was not cooked, maybe lightly microwaved.

Coffee was okay, but I just order black coffee so you can’t really stuff that up too much. It was only like $18 in total so I would of been madder if I had paid over $20 for it. That said.. it was one piece or toast, some avo and microwaved bacon.. $18 is a lot to some people so that should be thought of.
