We stayed in our own van on a powered site with a dog. Had a great 10 days away! We picked the right week as it was just as everyone had returned to work and it was nice and quiet! The sites here are quite spacious compared to alot of parks, the facilities always clean and well maintained. Great location, with shops, tavern and cafe within walking distance. Popular place if you like fishing or boating!! The staff were very friendly and accomodating when needed. We also got texts warning about weather events occurring! |Great little site! Will definitely be back!!

It is a long way from anywhere. We were nearly eaten alive by midgies. It was not an overly pleasant place because of that. Bathroom facilities were good. The burger shop over the road was brilliant....best south of Noosaville. Other than that, I wouldn't rush back. Management was a bit too inquisitive for comfort. The worst was all the passcodes in and out of every door. Sure security is important but why a separate code for everything? We had to walk around with a long list. It was too much. And the last night we stayed they changed all passcodes and forgot to tell everyone.

What a great spot! Very large sites and well thought out so it doesn't feel crowded like some parks we have stayed in. You can fish off the jetty, catch mud crabs or go for a swim, there's plenty to do. The little shops across the road have everything you need. Very clean and modern bathrooms, would definitely stay again.

The positives, we enjoyed the close proximity to the water, convenient location. Shops/ pub right across the road. Easy walks. Dog friendly.

The negatives, if they stepped up their services to give value for the money it would be a great park, but they seem to charge top dollar and give minimal service.
Upon entry there is no real check in parking area.
The boom gates are there for a reason but are not always operational.
The roads are not maintained and are in a state of disrepair.
The sites have poor drainage, both in ponding and wastewater.
The park rules are not enforced.
The security systems all have different codes which is just a pure hindrance to the residents and no security against outside people.
The Midgie control is nil.
The rates are high for the service you get.

Really lovely villa. Well equipped and the balcony is lovely in the evening with the outside cooking area. Beautiful surroundings. Great spot for kids. Wildlife and parks are near by. Friendly guests and good amenities. Busy on the weekends, but dropped back for our stay during the week.

We stayed in our own caravan on a large, powered dog site. What a great little park! We had a lovely weekend! Friendly, helpful staff, clean amenities, great location! Have even booked to go back!

The park itself is lovely. There is not much onsite for kids to do but there is a playground and skate park just outside the park and to access the swimming hole you have to leave the park and walk to the water no pool onsite. We stayed in a waterside cabin it was nice but a-bit dated mainly the bathroom the only issue was we were there for 8 days and was never offered a fresh change of towels for the shower. Staff were lovely. |Please be mindful that there is a lot of midgies and to be prepared. We got bitten quite a lot handy that there is a chemist across the road. The car park was busy due to a fishing Competition but once finished crowds died down a-bit. For the price it was okay not far from the local pimpama shops and the fish and chip shop across the road was delicious.

This park has been great, originally planned on a week or 2 while travelling as I have family in the area but due to its cost we weren't expecting much and were pleasantly surprised. The staff have been great, we have extended our stay twice and will have stayed here 4 weeks by the time we leave, yes the birds can be noisy at times and apparently the midges are bad in the hotter months but there is great fishing just 100 metres away, have pulled in a lot of big bream with my nephew, it's dog friendly and while Jacobs Well is a small sleepy town, you are right in the middle of it and they do have a nice bakery, sushi shop, fish and chip takeaway and pub.
