They forgot an entire caramel milkshake, and ordered another with lactose free milk yet they add whipped cream which is in fact not lactose free defeats the purpose of a lactose free milkshake... Also it was only half filled

Respectfully, what the hell is this? got a croissant and cappuccino, coffee tastes like nothing but warm milk and croissants can't even be called a croissant. oil up lil bro.

Update: I feel sick after eating the croissant don't go here 😢

First visit so did not know what to expect. Ordered a Nutella bomb donut. Oh my!! They warmed it up so the donut was warm and soft and the Nutella just oozed from inside. Beautiful! Names and prices on the produce in the window would be greatly appreciated and make ordering easier. Everything looks tempting. Also ordered a coffee flavoured milk shake which was a good hit of coffee in a beautifully whipped milk shake and was cold. Thank you. Will visit again so happy to recommend.

First time grabbing a small lunch. Can of coke and small cup of chips and gravy. $6.50. Wasn't expecting much. Most places are stingy with their gravy but got half way in and there was a nice pool of gravy sitting in the bottom of the cup. Tasted pretty good too 😋 nice customer service.

Standing waiting to be served the lady behind the counter DROPPED 2 creamed donuts on the floor in front of us . She then picked them up off the FLOOR and put them back in the display cabinet after they were dropped. We thought the service was bad but then when we seen this we are disgusted and would Never go back.

Coffees are very nice as are the pastries and the staff.
Its a bit noisy sitting in the mall, having a hard time to relax while sipping my coffee. Great for take-aways.
Looking forward to the new premises, should be awesome.

Ordered coffees, a pie, and two double egg rolls. Got spilled coffee because it was unsealed, single egg rolls, and no pie. Not even the worst experience I've had from this place.

Really enjoy this place food is always great and service is always top standard... the girl who makes the coffee is really good.. definitely great value to highly recommend..
