We booked this little local gem for a one night stay on our way to QLD from NSW. What a great find! The place is lovely! The rooms are huge and comfortable, we are a family of 4 but a family of 5 or 6 would fit. They have a pool which we didn't have time to use. The view is so nice - each room has a great view of the hills and the rabbits around the property. ||Beds were comfortable, our room even had a toaster and microwave with a full size fridge. The staff are very accommodating.||We had dinner at the onsite restaurant called Moo which is only open 6 - 8pm, and it surpassed our expectations. We had 5 star restaurant quality food - chicken involtini, lamb rump and kids meals that were very generous size. Everything was so delicious and well priced. ||I left my glasses in the room and they called me right away to let me know and held on to them until I came back a few days later.||Highly recommend this local gem when you are in the Grafton area.

Very clean & comfortable rooms. Terrific price if you're travelling. The family that run it are beautiful, welcoming people who make you feel at home. The meals at the restaurant are really tasty, wholesome & generous.

Reasonably quiet area on the outskirts of town, in a lovely rural setting.

We enjoyed our stay & will definitely stay again when travelling up this way.

I booked this last minute and it was a very nice surprise. Easy and friendly checking in. Very comfy room which was well appointed. |The evening meal was superb.|I highly recommend this motel and will definitely stay here whenever I'm in Grafton from now on. Great value.

Clean, renovated, larger than average rooms - friendly staff, good hot showers that don't suddenly change temperature, an excellent meal in the restaurant - what more can you say for when you want a night off the road.

I especially liked the large TV that I could cast Netflix to from my smart phone - it was so easy to set up, and meant for a memorable evening.

The owners Angie and Tony went above and beyond helping us when we had border problems at Christmas. We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to stay, and certainly made a very stressful time a lot easier for us. The restaurant is absolutely 1st class. The meals are to die for, and something for everyone. We would recommend this motor lodge to everyone. Thank you Angie and Tony, from Bill and Eddie?

It has been a while but we have stayed more than once before and enjoyed reading tripadvisor reviews so booked a night on our way north - looking forward to relaxing in the restaurant after a long days drive. Sadly it was booked out that night!!!! But Angie had the answers - two options!!!! She would get us a courtesy bus to a club or - if we were happy we could have a choice of two meals to our room. Our room was big - lovely table and chairs beside the window so we chose roast pork and it was just great!!!!! Comfy beds, good shower, a great nights sleep for these oldies just like old times. Had to leave early so did not make brekkie next morning. Thanks Angie - you and Tony are running a lovely affordable place to stay.

It's 5* for me.
Quiet and very relaxing place to stay,5 min drive to Grafton town centre Beds super comfortable,shower is awesome.Resturant is a must,great food with plenty on the plate.
This place will not disappoint. Owners are very nice and nothing is too much for them.

Stayed here 8 weeks for work was comfortable and had everything I needed the proprietors Tony & Angie were so friendly and obliging that it really was my home away from home and how can I forget chef Joel who's meals were delicious and so needed after training and working all day. Would definitely recommend & hope to be back one day with the family as my girls would love the pool.
