Only just a four star hotel. Clean enough, okay for an overnight stay, wouldn't recommend for a long term stay. Dishes don't fit in the dishwasher, fridge leaks water all over the floor, bin smell in common areas very strong, probably due to lack of air conditioning. Pokey bathroom sink with nowhere to put a hand towel. Beds are comfortable, sheets are not.

Great location! Our apartment had everything we needed and was within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. Apartment was clean and well appointed. The kids loved the pool and spa. Was a great place to stay for our visit to QPAC and walking distance to Southbank ferry for our ride to Bluey’s World. We have decided that we’ll make this a yearly stay and plan things to see and do with the kids.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was really impressed with the experience. The location is fantastic—conveniently situated at South Bank, which made it easy to go for walks and explore the area. There are also plenty of great food options nearby, so you're never short of places to eat.

The rooms are adequately sized and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a productive stay. One of the best features was the option to store luggage after check-out, which was a huge help since my flight was later in the day. They also have a cab call service, which made getting around even more convenient.

Overall, this hotel provided everything I needed for a smooth business trip. Great location, solid amenities, and thoughtful touches that made the stay even better. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city for work or leisure!

The location was really good and the apartment we stayed in on the top floor was clean and spacious, but during our stay at least 1 of the 3 lifts were out of operation and we had to wait consistently 3- 5 minutes to get down the building. The lifts were like saunas and the pool and spa were full of dirt and sand. the tiles in the pool were crumbling. There was gum everywhere and rubbish in the shared areas. The buildings location is really great and so were the views.

We had a great stay in a 2 bed apartment on 25th floor and enjoyed the location, balcony views and complimentary parking. Check in was easy and the apartment very clean and comfortable. Made use of the pool on a very hot Brisbane afternoon. Will definitely be back.

The location was great. The complex however is a run down residential suite. Furniture was stained, walls damaged, we were offered a 2nd apartment which was in better condition however I couldn’t use the laundry due to excessive mould. Would not recommend this property.

Check in was quick & easy. ||Additional fee for secure parking, which was easy to find your park. ||Rooms were spacious, clean & tidy. Plenty of amenities in the rooms - self contained. ||||Short walk to south bank parklands, museum, art museum, plenty of delicious food options nearby. ||15 min walk to city.

Our recent stay at Ivy and Eve Clixx in Brisbane was absolutely fantastic! Family friendly the next time we bring our kids we will stay here. The rooms were modern, spacious clean – everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the Brisbane River and adding a touch of serenity to our stay.

A special thank you to Milo with the nice bird tree tattoo (I think handyman or cleaner) and Pamela, the amazing receptionist, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their friendly and professional demeanor truly stood out and made us feel so welcome. And thank you so much to Charlotte at reception for going the extra mile.

The facilities at Ivy and eve suited us perfectly. The BBQ area, pool, and spa were not only well-maintained but offered additional spots to relax and soak in the atmosphere.

We highly recommend Ivy and Eve Clixx to anyone visiting Brisbane and will definitely stay again on our next trip probably with our children! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
