Fun and lively atmosphere and staff were nice. The ribs and steak (no pic) were good. Would’ve preferred the sides to not be coated in extra cheese and butter but it is to be expected! A little hard to fit all the dishes for two people on the bar tables for dinner as the plates/bowls are large but manageable. Overall a pleasant dinner out!

Great spot for dinner on Christmas Eve. 4 steaks cooked to perfection. Professional and friendly staff. Sides were delicious also, the greens and duck fat potatoes spot on.
Like the virgin cocktail menu, made the teenagers feel special with a fancy drink.
Comfortable booth seating, great ambience.

Chose the IronBar for our 20th wedding anniversary dinner and was so thrilled I did. The staff were delightful and attentive, the food was simply amazing, and the outdoor dining experience, complete with a chorus of birds coming home to roost was beautiful. Thank you so much- all the stars and then some.

Had coconut crumbed Barra and chips for the lunch special. $19. Great value. Fish was awesome. Chips were perfect. Salad fresh and dressed spot on. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Highly recommended

Maybe an example of you get what you pay for $19 fish and chip special. Fish dry and overcooked, service very, very ordinary- no personality or care - serve staff looked like they didn't want to be there. Drinks good once waitress reminded that we ordered a drink

Amazing!! Dry aged scotch fillet was exceptional, tasting plate entree, I’m lost for words yummmm. Sorry we missed the happy hour oysters between 5 & 6pm. If you are thinking about eating at the Iron Bar, stop thinking about it and get over here.

I am actually sat down giving my review having just finished an absolutely fantastic meal. We had some taster menu starters and I followed them up with a 300g wagyu rib fillet. The starters were very tasty and nicely varied and presented. My steak which I had ordered rare was cooked to perfection. My other half had ordered some pork ribs in a sweet sauce which she says is delicious,(I had some and I agree). The service has been very good, attentive staff and prompt serving of our meal. I can thoroughly recommend the IronBar, really pleased.👍👍👍

The aroma wafting through the restaurant was mouthwatering and a hint of what to expect if you are a meat lover! They did not disappoint - we both had a 200gm eye fillet ‘rare’ and was cooked to perfection and one of the best steaks I have ever eaten, and that is saying something from me! They had on view their ‘age refrigerators’ which had huge cuts of meat tagged at various stages of ageing. A sight to behold! The steak is cooked on a fancy ‘Spanish Josper’ charcoal grill & oven and as already mentioned is spectacular.
During happy hour they offered fresh rock rock oysters at excellent prices and some great cocktails!
Lastly, being a French chef we had to check out the crème brûlée which was heavenly.
When you find a restaurant this good you have to go back which of course we did!
