I’ve used Iremia twice now and both times had great service (thanks Stella). It’s perfect after a run and I felt great for the rest of the day and the next day. It would be great to have a digital clock on the wall to time the hit and cold pools. Overall, I highly recommend.

Beautiful space and lovely facilities. This was my first time at Iremia I wasn't sure what to expect. I am not sure if there are quiet periods where you can attend? I personally found it a bit too noisy with chatting? There were multiple groups of people chatting in the hot pool and it was quiet distracting from the overall experience. I would love a "quiet period" option. I was there solo so just looking for some relaxation and recovery. Ended up leaving halfway through my booking.

Outstanding setup! Rock sauna, cold pool, warm pool, infrared. Very well designed and priced generously. Been twice in first week back from holidays already. Hard to believe you’re still in Sandgate, feels like the spa centre of a high end resort. Highly highly recommend.

Absolute bliss!
I was gifted a voucher for $80 which covered 2 x people for a 1.5 hour session. We parked across the street.
Stella the staff member was very helpful and explained how our session worked. We enjoyed going between the heated spa, cold plunge pool 3 mins, shower rinse and sauna then back to the cold plunge. We repeated this and ended on the cold plunge. We'll be back! Thanks Team #firsttimer

Adore Iremia. Not only is the facility exceptionally comfortable for a communal space, the pricing affordable and clientele great - the staff always go above and beyond. I am a regular and have taken several sporting teams for private recovery sessions - with exceptional results in performance the next day AND team bonding. My recent visit we met charming Riley who gave exceptional customer service to all and was constantly working hard to keep the facility safe and clean.Ive tried several other recovery places but always come back to Iremia!
