First and last time here. My nails were rushed. The lady doing my nails got glue all of my hands and under my nails and didn’t clean it up. On top of that i paid extra for gel polish only to have air bubbles all throughout my nail polish. After 2 days of having these nails the air bubbles seemed to have popped and holes were all over my nails. Worst set of acrylics i’ve ever gotten. These photos were 2 days after getting them done btw.

Horrible service really rude , rushed my nails they look so dirty and uncared for I asked for coffin shape but got a round bubbly look also not glued on probably some of them are about to fall right off 1 girl was doing my nails being rude then had other girl step in on my other hand at the same time I’ve never been so unhappy with my nails ever before but my nails right now I can’t stand to look at them without feeling disgusted I really wished they would’ve taken more care . Really sad but will never go back.ill show what I asked for and what I got

I had my nails done there and the next day already on of the nails had been broken now I have 6 nails on my fingers that are still fine but on of those size nails is already starting to break there design is beautiful but the nails are crap

Been a while since I’ve had my nails done ‘professionally’, not sure I can say now I have. Nails are bad in no many ways, Colour, shape, uneven thickness, not even the same length even though she spend ages on it. Will not waste my money here again

Will not go back. Had some time off and made and appointment the day before. Was pointless as when I arrived they were packed. The staff were outnumbered 2:1 by customers. Waited 30mins.
Showed a photo of what I wanted she said yep. Continuously up and down to assist other staff and customers. Every surface had nail dust or smeared colour. Walls scratched and scruffed, shelving bowing because over stoked. Stock piled up in the back corner just an absolute shambles. A little kid about 7 served me and took my money.
Worst of all my nails look terrible when I left. I didn’t expect mine to be identical to the photo but they look like a toddler did them.

I’ve never been here before and I won’t be going back I wanted to get nails done for my maternity photoshoot on Saturday and I asked for the photo below and I got a ugly cat claw like nail with the pink polish way to high and it looks like I asked for a full pink nail but then the nail tech gave up half way that’s what it looks like to me I never got shown the nail length or shape or nail design during the process and I’m not the type of person to say anything and I was so pregnant and was so tired, it was 9pm I wanted to go home and now I need to pay someone else to fix them for me because this is my first child and I want to have these photos for ever but not with these nails!

I had a horrible experience she cut the length to short and I told her I wanted them longer and she said that she couldn’t change them because it had already been done, there is no apex in my nails and they are wonky the gel polish is already chipping on the sides
