The office lady is fabulous and always friendly and understanding. The other visitors are generally quite nice and although the kid friendliness of the place really needs to be improved. e.g the swing set could use actual swings and maybe a little area fenced to play in or positioned away from traffic.
The rooms and access to a vacuum/mop etc could be improved but overall it’s not too bad of a place considering.

Tricia was friendly for the brief moment we spoke to her. First appearance of the room was average. The seats and carpet were stained. The bathroom needed major overhaul. The air conditioner kept us awake most of the night. Just needs a major renovation.

As soon as you walk into the office you are smashed in the face with the smell of BO. The rooms don't smell much better. The pool is a lovely shade of green. Please make sure your hepatitis shots are all up to date before staying in this dump

Location pretty good, hard to find the place, very run down even for the price. Shower didnt work properly and hot water run out fast. Found mouse and rat droppings on top of wardrobe and in the shower area. The light out the front of the room was on all night and the curtains couldn't block the light. The smell in the room was pretty bad and general cleaning was very poor. The pool was appalling and out of service. Will not stay again.

Smell in our room was awful. |Building and amenities requires a makeover. Appliances were extremely outdated. |Driveway to room access was littered with potholes, and not a lot of room to park when down in one of the end rooms. |Flip side - Manager was lovely to deal with, pleasant and helpful.

Have you ever wanted to know what it's like living in a row of flats where everyone has domestics, starts fights with their neighbours, screams at the kids & slams doors all night long?

Spend a night in this place!

The rooms smell, the carpet felt dirty on my bare feet, the blankets were dusty & there was black mould in the bathroom.
I understand that it was cheap accomodation but it should at a minimum, be clean.

Keep the chain on your door, the door on my room looked like it had been kicked in several times.

Omg have you seen the room, microwave had no door and was full of rust and grime, air conditioner was filthy, bed linen was dirty (had stains all over it!), toilet was disgusting, pool half empty and I wouldn’t let my dog swim in there let alone sleep in one of hose rooms. Seriously poor standards, no amount of cleaning will fix those rooms. Absolutely disgraceful. Writing this for a friend that stayed 14/2/22 and has photos to prove it all!

Awful. Would not recommend staying here. Highly priced for what it is. The manager cleaner and partner were influencers by alcohol when they approached a unit within the complex and I was woken by the argument between such people went to retrieve car keys from my vehicle and wind windows up to which I was greeted with nothing but abuse by the 3 parties.
Expect a lot from their worker while not paying them. Accused us of not being paying guest yet I have bank state To prove I have completely and utterly payed for staying.
Wow disgusted in such behaviour of a live in manager and further parties.
