We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ipswich Caravan Village, and I can confidently say it’s a fantastic and welcoming place to stay! The grounds are meticulously maintained, creating a beautiful environment to relax in, and the swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on those hot Queensland days.

A special shoutout to the management staff, Susan and Mark—they are truly amazing people! Their warmth and hospitality made our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Other staff like Kath were always friendly and polite to me and my family. So, thanks again to Susan, Mark and Kath for making our time their amazing.

This place is central to everything. Including a short drive to shopping centres, bakery’s, pubs, schools, libraries, gyms and hospitals. Public transport is also very close to the park taking you into Brisbane or the city of Ipswich.

If you’re looking for a weekend getaway or interim accommodation, Ipswich Caravan Village has everything you need for a perfect stay. My family and I highly recommend it—10/10!

This park was beyond average,
Okay for a one night stopover if you’re travelling into state but would definitely not recommend for any other purpose for a number of reasons.
Firstly, after specifying on the phone when booking that we had children with us and we needed separate bedrooms, we arrived and found out that we were placed in a open plan cabin with the bedrooms in the kitchen and when I went into the office to sort out the issue The manager was quite rude and made inappropriate comments regarding our appearances.
We were moved into work cabins which were no better and there was literally nothing available. We were provided with a roll of toilet paper, no hand soap, no tea or coffee.
The beds were extremely hard and you could feel the spring through the mattress.
The pool was not available to use until 11am yet you have staff at your front door at 7am banging garbage cans and removing rubbish waking everyone up.
I had my mother call through to see if there was alternative accommodation in case someone cancelled through the week of our stay and the manager was so rude to her.
Don’t bother booking here .

The staff were quite rude, upon check in we encountered a booking issue - they claimed my reservation was cancelled because I didn’t answer their calls, but I had no missed calls or messages. When I brought this up, I was told not to tell them how to run their business, and there were no cabins available” but when my husband came into the office, they miraculously found a cabin!|The condition of the cabin was unacceptable. The bathroom door was broken, the overall cleanliness was lacking. The advertised communal BBQ hadn’t been maintained in years, why advertise it is available when it's in such a poor state as you can see in my photo.|To top it off, as we were packing to leave at 10:10 AM, the man from the office rushed over in his ute, blocking our car from leaving then he walked off. The woman with him barged into our cabin, demanding the laundry and even started pulling the bedspread off the bed while I was still trying to finish packing. I knew there were three other vacant rooms from our group of five families, which made the situation even more frustrating.|Overall, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

Mould on bathroom floor. Vanity in bathroom damaged. Rusted dishwasher rack. Dirty sink. Dishes Dirty in draws. Have photos to prove this. Would not recommend this place.

Staff are polite and courteous and very helpful and understanding nothing is a problem amenities are clean and well equipped the place is extremely peaceful and located 10 minutes from the city I would recommend staying at Ipswich caravan village to anybody

Visiting relatives in Brisbane this park was the best that we had stayed in over recent years. We stayed 2 weeks and found it to be quiet, clean and tidy. Ipswich had lots to see and do. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 1 night on a powered site.
Susan was very accommodating to our late arrival, lovely to talk to and more than happy to go the extra mile to help us with recommendations as to where we could get our car fixed. Her husband Mark was helpful in pointing us in the right direction. Bruce was really lovely to talk to, waited for our washing to be finished 10min late before he locked up for the night.
Pool was super clean and very nice after a hot day of travelling. Amenities and park were clean and tidy.
Overall would recommend just for the accommodating service we received.

My stay was not too good, no tea, coffee, milk or sugar, maybe pre warning would have been good so I could bring my own. No table on verandah, having to reverse from cabin to get out without adequate lighting, crockery was not washed. The one good thing was Susan was very friendly and helpful..
