This is my favourite hotel on the GC 😍 it is so close to the main part of surfers, the facilities are well kept and the rooms are ready so quickly. Marty is one of the managers and is extremely helpful and kind. Will definitely be my accomodation pick next time I’m there!!

This place was wild as heck. Based on other reviews, it really seems like you’ll have a beautiful refurbished room or one that my friends and I had. Our room did not match the pictures at all - there were holes in the ceiling, the walls were genuinely rotting, there was a towel stained in our room, AC remote holders coming off the wall, AC units leaking onto the balcony… We eventually had to move because the dryer came OFF THE WALL and almost killed my friend. The staff didn’t seem to care about the fact that this incident occurred, and the guy who came to repair our dryer wasn’t surprised that we left to find a new place. This could’ve been a really nice place as the general vibe and location were good. Honestly quite disappointing.

The photos did not match booking.com at all.
The walls were corroding, we found a bloody towel in a drawer, and the beds were very uncomfortable. And finally our dryer fell off its hinges off the wall almost severely injuring one of us. I do not recommend this “resort”

I read the reviews and was expecting the worst when I came.
Honestly the best booking I have ever made.
The rooms are new, clean and stocked with a new fridge, oven and dishwasher.
We have a balcony and a huge tv aswell.

We were treated especially well by the very friendly staff.
For anyone looking for the bads of the hotel, I suggest you give the place a try. It looks very clean, new and located in a key part to surfers paradise.
The front desk is open only for an hour but they do have an emergency number in case you have to still call them.

I would not recommend these apartments. We booked an apartment for a week, while we were out for the day staff accessed our room used duct tape to cover the lock on the door for other guests to use our laundry. No communication at all, we left our internal rooms unlocked people sleeping day or night not knowing the front door had been taped up by staff resulting in anyone able to access our rooms. We came back to find our internal room door unlocked and open. Massive safety security issue for us and our child having guests come and go while our child moved between rooms while we slept. Spoke to staff, apparently they own the complex we just rent it out so they can do what they want. We got woke up at 6am from a guest who entered our room to do washing. Totally unacceptable. Staff dismissed the security safety issue and told not to remove the duct tape. I did and advised if anyone else entered our room I would call the police to report the break and enter.

Great location, rooms are a bit run down compared to others for the price point, cleanliness wasn't great, thick dust on top of lights, aircons etc. Coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper weren't topped up from previous visitors. Overall a bit disappointing

Excellent accomodation, wonderful staff. Fantastic value for the money and great location. Highly recommend, will definitely be revisiting.

While I had a short stay in the Gold Coast I can’t say there are any complaints about my time with this hotel. The rooms were clean, nice location which was close to everything, staff was friendly and helpful.
