We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Inverell Riverside Caravan Park! From the moment we arrived, the hosts Hayley & Liam and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful — it really made all the difference.

The park itself is beautifully maintained, and the new amenities are immaculate. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully laid out, making our stay so comfortable.

What really stood out was the camp kitchen — hands down the best provisioned one we’ve ever come across. It had everything you could possibly need, and then some! They even included board games for guests to use, which added such a warm, personal touch.

Highly recommend this gem of a park to anyone visiting Inverell — we’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely beautifully kept grounds. A beautiful little herb garden that you can pick and use the lovely herbs in your cooking. Lovely clean open camp kitchen. Lovely bird avery. A great walking track behind the park along the river. The amenities are very nice, modern and kept very clean even has pipe music to listen to. Hot water run by gas.

I recently had a 3-night stay in one of the cabins. The park is as neat as a pin and is in the perfect location on the river. The amenities are well considered and immaculate. The herb garden is a nice addition! Thanks for having me, Hayley & Liam!

Inverell caravan park is located on a terrific walking track which takes you on a short walk to town. There is a club across the road with great staff and meals. The amenities are excellent - clean, fresh, modern. The brand new camp kitchen provides everything needed. The park is easy to access from the highway. Recommend highly.

An absolute credit to owners and staff of Inverell Caravan Park. A Kui park.
Not a lot of sites, but well maintained, on grass with pleasant grdns around. Including a cpl of raised gdns with herbs, help yourself.
Brand new camp kitchen with induction top, in spacious covered area. Plenty of seating and tables.
Modern laundry facility, washers and dryers. $ coins needed. Also has shelving with 'library'.
But the piece de resistance (?), is the toilets and showers. Yes, you read that right! Do not be afraid to visit, they could bring coach trips and charge to see!!! The BEST amenities block I have seen. Modern, clean, smart, well laid out, heated and A/C. I didn't want to go home!!!!
A young cpl have taken over management, they are pleasant and helpful as is their staff who support them.
If I sound gushing..I am, it was a pleasant visit. No grumps here. $40/night - powered site. Concrete pad plus grass.
Dog friendly. Walking distance to Sporties club.
Inverell township nearby, has Info centre, sapphire shops and local interest spots to visit.
It is nearby main road, but traffic quietened in late evening.
Would not hesitate to rebook.

We arrived at the Inverell Caravan Park and met Cheryl & Vince the Relief Managers. They were very welcoming and extremely professional in running the caravan park. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they couldn’t help us enough.

We were travelling with a group of 30 golfers with 15-20 vans and we all arrived at the caravan park to book in within half an hour of each other and Cheryl handled our booking process without any stress and a very friendly attitude.

The park was very clean and well presented. The amenities are 5 star.

Cheryl & Vince possessed wonderful communication skills and made us all very welcome.

What a well appointed caravan park with modern bright amenities. We cannot comment on the cabins as we are caravaners but if the park is any indication they will be just as nice. Location does come with road noise but generally quiet during the night. Plenty of good walking facilities if this is your thing and easy walk to the main shopping area and cafes are plenty.

SIX STARS!
This is one of my go-to places when I need to chill out for a bit. I'm a full-time traveller with two cats.
Hayley and Liam are amazing. Super-supportive when there is the occasional disaster (I had to extend my last stay), outstanding customer service (I am greeted by my first name on arrival before I've had time to open my mouth), and they were more than happy about having my fur babies. During my last stay, my next-door-neighbour had an adorable ferret!
The attention to detail superb. The grounds are stunning. There are now several veggie patches with fresh herbs, the aviary is always immaculate, and the laundry well-equipped with a fully stocked book exchange.
The bathrooms are the stuff of legend.
The park is adjacent an off-lead dog park with a coded access gate for guests. It is a short walk into town.
