We visited on Christmas Day and the hotel staff is very organised to instruct us about how to collect room key via phone call and message.
The room is clean and well equipped.

DO NOT STAY HERE - Poor Customer Service|On Tuesday we booked a room at 9am to check in that afternoon as we had a sick child that we needed to transport to Wagga at short notice. Due to complications, the date changed and we rang back an hour later (10am) to request a change to the date or a credit. The person on the phone rejected the request stating that they had a 24hr no-cancellation policy. |A couple of suggestions for you International Hotel:|1) A common sense approach - if a booking has been made within the no cancellation policy timeframe, it should not apply. Also consider factors such as people ringing to make a change within an hour.|2) Teach your team to show compassion to people in difficult circumstances, the call was closed with "well that's how it is"|Hope you take this on board and make some changes to your operation. The room was not cheap, for a Tuesday night, it was $333 which we lost. I would be interested to understand if you rented the room out again and doubled your money.

Beautiful room and very clean, can’t fault the ladies/men who clean the rooms and make up the beds. We had breakfast at the Pinnacle and it was awful, we needed somewhere close so thought we would use the hotel restaurant. I’ve never had to clear my own table, take cutlery off another table to use and wait for quite some time for food to be replenished. We paid $25 a head and honestly I would’ve only paid for the coffee if I had my way. The food was dried up, crusty and tasteless, I left most of my breakfast. We were offered coffee which we thought was included as the lady didn’t say otherwise only to find we were charged extra for the latte and flat white!! It was only instant included in the price ? They were clearly short staffed, but that’s not the customers fault, don’t offer a service if you can’t deliver. They should shut down the restaurant and just make it coffee, cakes and pastries for the patrons - much more manageable for them. We weren’t even offered any money off the breakfast when we checked out and told them of our experience!

Could not fault the cleanliness of the room but that's where my positivity ends.
Had the buffet breakfast and it was shocking. Only 3 staff working and it showed. Others waiting to sit down including myself needed to remove the previous patrons breakfast from the tables as this had not been done. Had to take cutlery from other tables and then wait while food dishes were restocked then to find food was only luke warm. No juices available as again, waiting to be restocked.
On check out I then found out that after paying $25 per person this didn't even include a barrista coffee (only covered instant coffee)
Such a shame as room was lovely but the breakfast experience was shocking so be warned....

Already saw 2 unahppy customers during check in but fortunately my experience there was good. Nothing went wrong and everything was as expected. The shower was particularly nice - super strong and comfortable. Milk is given during check in. We didnt eat at the restaurant though.

Great breakfast buffet, a good selection. From chia puddings to your standard bacon and eggs and toast. Price maybe a little high but that’s the norm these days. Atmosphere is good and staff are friendly.
