We stayed in two bedroom apartment overnight recently and enjoyed the experience. The apartments are clean, well appointed and nicely furnished. Our apartment had two bathrooms, laundry facilities, a fabulous kitchen and large balcony. Beds were very comfortable and undercover parking is provided. There is a really nice cafe very close by as well. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed at Toowoomba, Inspire Boutique Apartments in May 2024, and had a comparable negative stay experience to other reviewers. The following feedback was provided to the property on exit: “the 2-bedroom apartment was unclean; specifically, the bathroom toilets, floors, and showers. The toilet bowl rims dripped grime down the sides, displaying a build-up of poor cleaning practices. The tiles were laden with spatter. The showers showcased a build-up of grime, and soap scum. All walls exhibited a plethora of fingerprints, stains, and blemishes. 1-key was given, for a 2-bedroom apartment; this proved troublesome as we had to co-ordinate with the people staying in the apartment if the other wanted to be out”. Admittingly, the abovementioned issues were not raised upon entry due to guest time constraints. The prompted property response was the following: “why didn’t you contact us to address your issues sooner? If you had raised these issues with us during your stay, we would have been happy to come and inspect the apartment and address your issues. We are always happy to provide extra keys to guests when they request more. Unfortunately, keys frequently go missing if we provide too many. We had our housekeeping manager inspect the room, but we failed to find your ‘plethora’ of fingerprints etc. Toowoomba has extremely hard water and hard water stains are something Toowoomba locals unfortunately have to deal with. They cannot always be removed once they are set in”. In this instance, we found the received reply to be unempathetic, and laden with excuses, cementing a furthered negative stay experience with this property. Hard water in an area does not excuse poor cleaning practices, hard water stains can even be removed with household products such as baking soda, and white vinegar. It is also not the guest’s responsibility, when a 2-bedroom apartment is booked well in advance, to designate time after check-in to then request more than 1-set of keys; this requires forward planning by the property, and a willingness to trust guests rather than a negative-thinking all guests will “loose” keys. You be the judge of this property, yet we would not recommend staying here. The booked property room price was not reflective of the room booking photos exhibited nor the assumed associated guest experience to be had.

Upon reading recent reviews I was worried about the cleanliness of the apartments so I called to enquire. Amanda from reception was very accommodating and assured me that they’d had a change in housekeeping and that all rooms were looked over prior to any stays. Sure enough the 2 bedroom apartments that I’d booked were very clean and tidy and our whole family was extremely pleased with our accommodations. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Apartment looked nice and well presented upon entry however when you look a bit closer it loses its shine. The apartment was quite dusty, the main bathroom floor doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned recently not to mention the bathroom door only has one of the three hinges actually screwed in. I would’ve expected a bit more attention to detail especially around the maintenance and cleanliness of the room. We did like the easy key pickup from the key safe that was nice. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again especially at the price they’re asking for.

Similar to other reviews the space was generous but a closer at a look seemed dusty and unused. I thought it was passable until we discovered the unclean coffee cups in the morning . Not just one. All of them. Disgusting. I'm not sure how the four stars were achieved. However it could be much better with a decent clean.

Appart from price, this place is a good choice for family to stay over the weekend.
We didn't have issues with cleanliness
The view is very nice.
Most importantly, this place uses contactless check-in and check-out. It is a simple and fast way which saves you time and nerves

The apartment was a pleasant surprise with not only 2 bedrooms but also 2 decent sized bathrooms. The kitchen and lounge area was very spacious and offered a large balcony capturing the sun in the morning. |Nearby was Stellarosa, a Cafe with great food and coffee at very reasonable prices. |But if we wanted to cook for ourselves, the kitchen provided all appliances, crokery and tableware to accommodate up to 6 people. |We were very impressed with the cleanliness, the soft towels and large 3 seater lounge as well as comfy beds. |The property is on a main road above a gym, yet we heard no noise despite being on the first floor. |Highly recommend this place.

We booked a single room but got upgraded to a two bedroom, the apartment was so nice, fully furnished with high end furniture. |Had everything we could need. Tv in the bedroom was a bonus. |All ammenities were included. ||Great coffee shop just down stairs, amazing coffee and service.
