We were celebrating our friend’s birthday party and some new staff decided to make excuses that we were being loud?! Then had the graciously audacity to when it was later send 2 of our people in the party out for 20 whole minutes. Like we were tryna have sum fun together celebrating a birthday but they ruined it by complaining and not letting us play.

Heated pool is just the thing if its available...so ring to make sure.
No discounts for Invalid Pensioners, or Ex Service...bit mean
Facilities are clean and staff are friendly and attentive so over all I do recommend it though if they gave a little for pensioners other than aged I would likely attend more...is it better to sell 1 cup of coffee at $6 than to sell 3 at $5... There is the nature of creating demand and increasing business... Turnover = Profit. Margins reflect how much turnover you want.

Reserved a BBQ and some tables and chairs.
Ian was very nice on arrival and throughout the whole day. The heated pool was really good for our child whom does not like cold water.
Overall very impressed.

Julie, Ian and family are wonderful. The pools and change rooms are always immaculate. We go for the parents and babies classes on a saturday morning, and Julie is amazing. 10/10 recommend for swimming lessons and advice.

Was a gr8 long ago but now dirty backpackers use it to hang out their bits and piece's for all to see !! No respect!!
