If I ever return to Innisfail, the bowls club will be the FIRST place that I visit. Alf, Cheryl and everyone at the club have shown me so much love and made me feel so welcome. I worked here for a short time and it was the most wonderful place I have ever worked at, I am honestly so sad to be leaving. Alf and the team looked after me so well, gave me lifts to and from work, would make me delicious food during my shift and always made sure I was comfortable and happy. If there is anything they could help with me - they would go above and beyond to do so.

The bowls club is such an amazing place to be, everyone is super friendly and ensures everyone who enters is relaxed, content and well fed. The drinks are super cheap and there is a big selection, there is a huge area to play bowls which all the kit is included. I used to love watching the guys play their sport, come together and have a good time in the sunshine. It really would remind me the importance of friendship and having fun. It is a great place to make friends.

The love and kindness that I have been shown here is unimaginable and something that I will remember and cherish forever. Alf, Cheryl and the team welcomed me into their club with open arms and it truly is a place I will never forget. Thank you so much for everything, I shall miss you all very much and I hope to see you all again in the future! X
