Placed a delivery for 2 pork & gravy rolls with crackling, but they arrived without crackling even though the menu clearly states it is included. I called Kangoo and spoke with Trisha, who was incredibly rude. When I mentioned the missing crackling. She said ' we don't have crackling today "with no explanation or apology. I simple asked that in the future, if something isn't available, we be informed at the time of ordering, Her response? "Next time you can drive here and pick it up yourself" she then told me it would be refunded and and abruptly hung up the phone. Very disappointing customer service especially considering we place large orders with this Café all of the time.

This has left a very bad taste in my mouth and no it wasn't the crackling 😉

Its okay, I bought a chicken snitzel burger chips and a drink and it cost me nearly $20 I get my snitzel burger and its dry and thin, like a bit of cardboard plus the bun was burnt, chips are lovely but disappointed in paying $10 for dry bland breadcrumbs.

Changing my score from 3 to 1 as service was very poor, asked for a refund since it wasn't nice and they barely spoke 3 words to me 👎

Food tasted great although I watched the staff go from cooked food to raw foods, and I guess they didn't need to change their gloves as the didn't wear any, after watching staff flick their hair scratch their eyebrow straighten up their bra strap and put their finger in their ear and make wraps and sandwiches with no gloves and no washing of hands I think I will choose not to buy there again and have made a strong suggestion to my colleagues to do the same
