I lived there for nearly 2 years .
The one bedroom unit was spotless when I moved in, and there was nothing to resanatise, leaving me very releaved and satisfied.
Ona ,Carrie, and staff are very relaxed ,friendly, and down to earth.
The park is safe and constantly maintained.
A nice cool swimming pool and regular residential community events such as Evening Cook up's and Breakfasts leave you feeling a part of the Ingenia community.

I have lived at the Eight Mile Plains site for over a year. I only have positive things to say. Everyone who I’ve come into contact with are genuine and lovely people. My cottage is quaint and modern and has a lovely deck which I use all the time. Ona and Carrie in the office are always happy to help with any questions and are always hosting community events to connect with residents. A great place to live, close to everything. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living here.

Great complex, very convenient location, clean and extremely well maintained amenities. Great recreational area and pool area. Multiple places to set up a BBQ in the shade or in the sun 🤙🏽 The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The ladies at the desk are brilliant, kind, caring and attentive to each individual. Ona you do a fantastic job and are such a blessing to so many in this place.

Based on my extensive time here, and after reading all the bad reviews, I can confidently say that ANYONE that has had a bad experience here, whilst I've been here, has done it to themselves, with poor choices, bad attitudes and poor behaviour and habits.

I moved to the ingenue at eight mile plains three weeks ago in as a permanent resident I have no plans on leaving . It’s quiet and clean . I get up for work early this is a blessing .everyone has been friendly Ona the manager and staff are so helpful and friendly with all my questions and any concerns I might have had . I went to my first get together a couple of Sundays ago because of my job and being single I don’t get out much so this is a great way for me to meet people and feel apart of a community. I feel safe living here I absolutely love it.

..As a resident of Holmead Rd who lives opposite whoever it is that lives in this park the management seem to turn a deaf ear to those who live in this park who seem to be deaf!😡
They have their (music) i use the term loosely because clearly they have zero music taste and constantly play the same monotonous rubbish continuously so loud i have the displeasure of hearing it inside my place and this is with my tv and speakers up loud to try and block out their noise 😡

When my daughter & I were living in our car for 3 months, no one would give us a chance, especially with prices these days. Ingenia gave us somewhere to call home & I am forever grateful!
Affordable, friendly, convenient, staff always try their best but of course no one is perfect. You get what you pay for & for the price I’m more than happy to wait for the little things. All in all it’s a private dwelling with freedom to live with a roof over you head. Thankü 🤗

As a permanent resident..I find this caravan park in a great location, clean facilities, and clean orderly vans. Staff took my complaint seriously and made adjustment and all is well and happy. Staff are always friendly and chatty. Feel safe and secure here.
