I have lived there for 7 months and just left because of change in personal circumstances. However, I can confidently recommend living there. The community is quiet, respectful of privacy but also friendly. The staff are amazing, friendly, kind and helpful.

My sister lives in this Ingenia Rental place at Durack she has for 4/5 years .This used be a nice safe place but it isn't any more .The place has some very nice people but then it has your druggos and young drunken people who think they own the place and park anywhere they want knowing there is rules about parking.I could not drop my sister off safely and we were followed to the car park where three of them attacked us and another one joined in all because we said you can't park there .So is this a safe place to be no way and I would not recommend this rental place to anyone. There is a reason for the words TRAILER TRASH and this is one of them in my opinion.Word of mouth goes a long way.The incident happened on the 17/12/2023 .

I've been living in Ingenia rentals for 5-1/2 weeks now and it's fantastic place. Great atmosphere the managers and all the staff are wonderful. And I've meet a lot of really nice people and I have awesome neighbours all around me. And that's why I gave them a 5 star rating if I could've given them more stars I would've love it here.

Living at Ingenia rental at Durack it felt more like a holiday resort. It is well kept, very peaceful and relaxing with established good long term tenants. The grounds are lovely kept with accommodating staff to help with all your needs to the area. Well recommended

Applied . Only to be rejected the next day without any reason. Applied for two bedroom brand new condo ,about to have a baby three weeks now will end up with out a home thanks for wasting our time .

I have lived at Ingenia Rental Durack for going on 4 years and will be staying for a good while, the people in the park are very friendly, and the Management and Staff in office and Grounds people are all friendly and helpful and we have lovely gardens through the park that the residents look after as well.
