Our stay was a disaster. We found spiders and insects on the bed, and the toilet was filthy. When we informed the staff, they shrugged it off, saying, "It’s clean, and sometimes this happens." They promised to look into it, but no one ever followed up.

This experience completely ruined our time and trip. The lack of cleanliness and unresponsive staff make this place absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere!

Good clean cottages with all basic amenities at a fair price. The late check-in was hassle free and straight forward. A good experience overall.

Comfortable motel style unit, room nice and bright and well worth the price paid, addition of the microwave was a great help. Overall reasonably quiet. Nice pool area, check in a little confusing due to limited office hours. Location only a short walk to bus stops. would gladly stay again if we need to be in this area of Brisbane again

Simple room. Not too flash hot. Bathroom was tiny. Not very clean. Wore thongs and slippers all the time in the room and in the shower as it looked likes it wasn't cleaned at all. Beds just shook and wobbles if you toss and turn and smelled real funky like someone peed on your doorstep

We stayed here as a stop over from our flight and then home.
It was really close and easy to get to from the airport.
We were pleasantly surprised at the room for the price and thought it was good value for money.
There was an aircon, back area space to smoke or have a coffee. The bed was quite comfy.
we didn’t actually meet any of the staff but we got numerous instructions on how to enter and then a friendly text upon departure thanking us for our stay.

Cottages were quite large for the price, had a double bed and small kitchenette with a small TV. Bed was a little bit uncomfortable but staff sent a welcome text and text on our departure. Would definitely return.

Stayed in room 8, a second story room. After hours check in was simple - notified by text of code for a safe which holds your room key. Parking is ample. Being that it backed onto Beams Road, which is a main road, the room was surprisingly quiet. Everything was very clean. The microwave was appreciated given that it was a standard studio motel style room. No cutlery/crockery though so keep in mind if you wish to eat in. The bathroom is small, but perfectly fine for brief stays. If you have mobility issues it would be problematic. Shopping centre about six hundred metres up the road with supermarket, bottleshop, tavern etc.
The only issue we had was with the air con. It had been a warm day and we noticed that it wasn't cooling the room as it should so set it to 16 degrees to make sure. Overnight it did not get down past 23 (both my husband and I have bedside alarm clocks that register temp). I am well familiar with the Mitsubishi Heavy Industry remote controls and all the settings were correct to cool the room so not 'operator error'. I think it was just pumping in the ambient temp air from outside. Being that it's autumn the temp was not an issue so I didn't consider it worth calling after hours. However I did raise it with reception on checking out so they have been informed. Overall a comfortable stay in a clean and tidy budget room.

On arrival at our garden view room we decided to have some drinks in the garden which was nice except for the stink of a huge full ash tray. Not to mention the garden littered with cigarette butts. It was nice but also only one chair. |When it came time to get ready we noticed the tv , microwave and kettle wouldn’t work . Only one PowerPoint in the room was working near the bed. No power in bathroom either. |My partner went to reception to enquire and as they were locking up ( at 4pm ) she was told “ it should work “ . It didn’t, I even checked the fuse box but we were left to our own devices as there is no customer support after 4pm.|On returning from our show I nearly went for a ride on the bed which is on wheels on a tile floor |How ridiculous. |I can’t believe a chain of holiday parks operates like this .
