We stayed on a powered site for a week. Yes, sites were tight but all reviews told us that. Road is busy but very handy for everything we needed.
My issue was the amenities. Yes, they were tired but that would have been fine if they were clean. The owners can’t control the mess that park users leave but the cleaning was not happening. Toilet paper was cheap and hard to access(kept tearing and getting stuck in the holder). On the first day a “mess” was left next to the sanitary bin and it stayed there the whole week. Cleaners had smeared it a bit but made no attempt to clean it away. If something that obvious is missed, what else is not being cleaned ?
Staff were friendly but they are being let down by the service providers

The park is on a very busy section of road. You don’t hear any traffic noise which is good but it’s madness each time you want to enter onto the road to go anywhere. But I guess that’s just everywhere in Sydney. Site we had was good once we were in but it was a tricky site to back into and get out of

Stayed in a Pet Friendly cabin for a couple of weeks. Although clean and tidy, the cabin was tired looking, door paintwork scratched, and particularly the bathroom needed a lot of attention. Looked like an attempt had been started to refresh it, but stopped part way through.
As far as amenities of the park itself, did not use them.

Absolutely disappointed with this place. The rooms were dirty and very dated. Our family booked 3 separate rooms and one of them we had to make the beds up. I didn't want to give this rate but had to give a star. We won't be back!

Since big corps have taken over caravan parks everything has plummeted. This park was pretty gross. Smelt like damp cigarettes. Cars were speeding through all hours, so much maintenance needed, it’s falling apart. Lots of seedy annuals. Camp kitchen small but nice amenities very used and there is no way the cleaners could keep up with the traffic. People showering with their dog in the bathroom. Luckily it was just a quick few days stop. Receptionist was very welcoming.

I had last minute change of holiday plans and stayed here. Always planned to stay here but not at this time. Stayed in no. 13 cabin. Arrived at 2 pm my cabin was spotless and smelt beautiful! The cabins have been booked out every night I was told and can believe that cos I had to wait 2 days of my holiday to get one. But I have to say the cleaners did a fantastic job in getting mine ready in time. Check in was easy, lady on the desk on the Monday afternoon was lovely and so was the lady when I checked out on Saturday. Anyone who whinges about the cabins are being a bit unreasonable! The presentation of my cabin was faultless! Everything worked, it was well equipped and comfortable. If something was missed like a ‘full rubbish bin’ how hard is it just to empty it yourself! Yes it’s part of their job to empty it before new occupants but seriously! Go and speak at the office if you have a problem.
I give my stay a
10/10. Well done to all the staff and thanks for making my stay so enjoyable. I will be back. Hopefully with my little caravan next time.

Staff were excellent, had a major car accident on way to NSW, car was a write off didnt make 1st night booked accommodation, when we arrived the staff were brilliant, very caring, considerate and even refunded 1st night back. Great facilities, family friendly and pet friendly we had our puppy with us, we were treated like gold. I would highly highly highly recommend anyone heading to NSW for a stay with family with pets or just on ur own, book here, close to transport n shops and hounestly just decent hard working staff that just make you feel at home. I rate this place and it's staff at 5 stars a million times over

Convenient location, close to everything, clean tidy rooms, comfy beds, good hot water pressure. Parking was ok, spots could be bigger. Otherwise great. Friendly reception staff and easy check in
