I don’t know about the “rooms” as I have a caravan but the sites are plenty big enough for my ‘van, with the awning extended, and my car. The office staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are getting tired but still good. The location, just behind the beach is perfect (for me) I extended my stay twice, what more can I say.

Had a brilliant time swagging at Middle Rock. We were so impressed by how affordable it was. The toilets and showers were well kept and pleasant to use. The kitchen area was extensive and had everything for a comfy stay (including a kettle and toaster!).

The pool area was lovely and there was even a bar/cafe next to it. There's a gorgeous beach with massive sand dunes just 10 minutes walk away. We also enjoyed all the native bird life around the park, including some beautiful Kookaburras and Sacred Kingfishers!

Our family loved this Holiday Park so much the first time, we decided to come back. We booked a two bedroom spa cabin. The Spa is huge and deep, perfect for a late night soak. Beds are a little too soft but otherwise comfortable.
The pool area, although backing onto the main road is stunning. The summer tunes playing in background make you feel like your walking around Wet and Wild or Wonderland and adds to the happy vibes. I would like to see pool side lounges that can be adjusted though.
The only negative is the restaurant. Different management from our first visit. We waited patiently to order food from the pool side. We could see they had a few other guests ordering from inside. That's no problem. The chef (owner possibly) took orders, while he instructed 1 other staff member to make coffees. After taking other guests orders, he walked off to start cooking and ignored us. I guess he felt under the pump with 2 tables. The lack of acknowledgement was straight up rude. A simple "hi folks, sorry to keep you waiting, but we'll be with you shortly." But we got nothing. The previous owners were friendly, offered happy hour, frozen drinks, and a much larger menu. Such a shame to see it change hands.
Location is fantastic, short drive to Nelson bay and next to 4x4 tracks. Great Thai and burgers in Anna Bay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. |We had an en-suite site and couldn’t believe it when we found a $0 washing machine in there!! …they even provided packets of washing detergent!! On the side of the en-suite was a private fold out clothes line. Towels and toiletries were also provided. Such unexpected luxury!!|The grounds are beautiful, the further back you go towards the back of the park are the unpowered sites, surrounded by natural bush and a couple of communal fire pits all stocked with firewood. |There is a walking track at the back which leads to a beautiful beach surrounded by sand dunes. |The front of the park is like a holiday resort with gorgeous swimming pools (too cold while we were there) and a bar and restaurant where we had cocktails and a very nice meal. |The staff were great!!… very friendly… I would certainly come back to stay. Highly recommend.

Most horrible experience at caravan park.
Toilets are disgusting, the cleaner had main toilet blocked for 2 hours 7:30-9:30 found later she was video chatting to someone. Other toilet had feces all over floor.
The cafe was overpriced and when asked for a glass of water, told I need to buy something first.
The place has a horrible atmosphere.

A very relaxing stay! The cabin was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. Excellent facilities on offer around the holiday park. Great location. Very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend.

I just spent a great few days here beach fishing with my son. The rooms are warm and comfortable, beds were great and the location is perfect. The 4wd entrance to Samurai beach is literally next door and Stockton is less than 10 mins down the road.
Will definitely be back

Beautiful stay in the 3 bed cabin. The management staff were so lovely accommodating our needs. Highly recommended.
