Dont ask for a late checkout. 7 night stay. Cabin was filthy, Rose the Manager was dismissive, rude and unprofessional after she handed keys to me.
Rose waited until my checkout on day seven then sent me a text saying if i didnt vacate by 10am she would call Police. Legally you can't do that.
I've been offered and received (hopefully cleared) a refund.

It's on the side of a hill. I stayed in my own van and the sites are level. Bit tight getting in. Toilets are showers clean.

Stayed in a two-bedroom cabin.
HORRIBLE!
Dirty,dirty,dirty!
Couldn't bear to walk inside with no shoes.
Lino perhaps swept but rarely - if ever - mopped clean.
Used tissue on floor, used cotton bud on floor, cutlery dirty - could not use cups, mugs or cutlery without first washing them.
All terrible!
Crumbs through the drawers, crap and body hair ALL OVER the lounge such that my wife would not even sit on it with bed blankets on it.
Two redeeming factors:- unit has potential and the linen seemed clean.
Had there been an alternative venue available on the long weekend we would have left.
Oh, another thing, (there were many more), it was not possible to cook anything, on the stove, even boil water, without the smoke alarm going off. USELESS DESIGN!

PS: To the mangement/owners... Please don't bother with a standard response saying "please accept our apologies....."
Your cleaning staff are woefully unacceptable and this type of response is nothing but hollow and cheap.
Make some changes, invite your dissatisfied guests back , perhaps at a discount rate and maybe you will be able to redeem some of them.
Maybe you should stay in one of your own rooms occasionally (we were in 22) and experience it for yourself.

This was a nice place to stay the kids loved the pool. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the cleaner could have smiled and said hello when we did.

Disgusting! ? I do not recommend to anyone! We stayed on an ensuite site for 3 nights. When we arrived we noticed the site was covered in rubbish, dirt and rocks. Like it’s never been cleaned and certainly not maintained. We have never stayed somewhere before that was so dirty on arrival. The ensuite was filthy and so outdated. Not even a single hook to hang a towel! First night we had no hot water at all and tried for a few hours but decided to use the amenities with our 2 year old in the freezing cold. The amenities are disgusting also. Spoke to reception the next day and they said “oh well that shouldn’t happen”… we are just lucky it started working again the next day.
The whole park in general is outdated. I wish I read reviews before booking because I certainly would not have booked but I thought we would be safe booking with Ingenia because we have never had issues before. The park gives Ingenia a bad name! 0 stars!!!

Stayed with kids and a friend and her kids in deluxe cabins was great. Was ok to drive to tournament loved the pool and rooms are clean. Kids did complain the mattresses on bunks hurt from springs ended up using blankets under them. Great place to stay is being very built up around it so the country feel is disappearing. Will return and enjoy this great location. Heaps of things to do nearby and food places that are great.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this place. Our room was not clean and very run down. The bed in desperate need of replacement, hair on the floor, dust everywhere, beds not made for check in.
I called ahead with a question several times and either couldn't get through and left a message that was not returned or they took a message and told me they would get back to me but never did.
