Really fun place for the kids/grandkids to run, run, run and bounce off the walls ...literally !! ☺️. Great service and really good rates for 2 hours of indoor fun, in all weather, we have been in the cold rainy days and the hot days. The kids love it either way. Also really good seperate room for the under 5 years who are timid and a bit unsure of the louder bigger kids and inflatables. So it caters for everyone.. even the mums/dads/grandparents/carers who can sit and socialise and have a cuppa. We LOVE it. Even my 17yo still lives to run off steam there. 😉

Been here a few times before and it wasn’t amazing but at least it wasn’t completely putrid. Haven’t been here in about 6months and today decided to give it another go. Place was so filthy, looks like they haven’t cleaned the floors or toilets in months, dirty used drink bottles everywhere, no food available. Place looks like it needs to be closed down.

It's not a bad place to spend a few hours on a rainy day in the school holidays to burn off some of the kids' energy.
Plenty of parking. Booking in very easy and groups welcome.
The steps going down to the play area are steep and not recommended for elderly people. There are a few areas in the cafeteria area to sit and watch though.
The seating areas are again steep and hard.
The main play area is very large and open. I think more suitable for 4 years to about 11yrs. There are other areas for younger children but , e did not enter that area. There were older kids in there, and they were not pushing in or hogging any particular area.
Staff were constantly walking around, keeping an eye on things, and were helpful.
The only problem was the Cafe, we tried to order a few coffee's and the only milk available was soy milk, so can't really comment on what the coffee or food was like.
The cafeteria area did look a bit tired but was clean and tidy when we were there.

We had a great time and my kids loved a lady that works there her name was Sheridan and she was a very great person next time we would love to see her the next time we r there 😊 hope U guy know that Sheridan is a very great worker ☺️ very happy with her work 😊

Not usually one to leave bad reviews but hoping to warn parents of young children about the dangers of this place. Upon entry the lady commented our daughter looks to big to be under 5, our daughter confirmed that she is 4. She then overcharged us anyway. As we walked into the play area a boy had to leave as he was injured, 30 mins later a little girl hit her head, suffered a seizure, ambulance had to escort the girl to hospital. The supervising staff member was just a young girl with clearly no training. The lady at the counter was alerted to the incident and didn’t bother coming down, instead watched from above as other parents assisted the child. In 2016 a very similar incident at this place occurred and the child died. Safe to say we’re never coming back.

Great idea, if only the rules that are around the entire place are actually followed. 1 person to supervise the entire area. Parents get off the seats and actually watch your children and pull them up when they are breaking the rules.

Facilities were extremely hot, my kids were absolutely exhausted from the heat inside. Food wasn't worth it, ordered a large family chips only to come out as a tiny serving. Wasn't enough to fed a 5 yr and 8 yr old. Only 1 young person supervising, didn't know what they were doing and just stood back watching bigger kids climb on the sides of those jumpy castles. 1 older kid even disconnected the airflow of the jumpy castle which made it go down with little one on it. I wont be going back, spend your money at kloud9ine or chipmunks play centre rather then this place.

The inflatables are great for the kids to play on and my child had so much fun, she is two. The facilities however are lacking, there is no change table so you need to change your child either on the floor out in the open or on the floor in the toilet, neither option is pleasant or acceptable for a place that caters for all ages. As there isn't a parents room, there also wasn't somewhere I could heat my 9 month Olds bottle without bothering the lovely kitchen staff. However a lovely young lady did do it for me but she was busy and shouldn't need to worry about that.
