I was so excited to bring my daughter here, and she had a blast BUT. The people, or should I say children, running this place, need to be trained in customer service. I'm absolutely appalled. Ordered food, which came out one thing at a time.. nearly an hour later I still didn't have my complete order. Not to mention, while I waited an hour.. I look over behind the food glass cabinet and there's 2 staff members eating chips. Whoever manages this place, needs to train the staff to provide SERVICE. The most unprofessional establishment I've ever seen. I asked for a refund because I didn't get all of the items I ordered, and the manager was the only person who could do it and nowhere to be found. I ended up leaving with no refund, no food and a starving kid.

I found it to be a little bit over priced for what the kids could do for only 2 hours the potato gems where really good value for money and tasted really good. In the end my grandkids enjoyed themselves although they would have liked to have been there longer especially for the price you pay.

Very hot! It was a 27 degree day when we went and there were no fans on, just the roller doors open. Also very dirty, the whole place needs some love, but I went into the parents change room and felt sick being in there! Probably wouldn’t go back.
